One of the most unprofessional store in town! The lady who works there all the time probably the owner of this store is very rude and unprofessional! I tapped my drop off box with small tape(ready to be shipped) but I asked the lady if she could just put one slip of the tape she has which is bigger than the one I used and she said we don’t do that! Like for real? Just one slip of it? Which won’t even cost you a cent! I left and will take it to other ups store! Very rude staff! Shame!

Couldn’t have been less helpful. Wouldn’t help me tape a box and was told my only option was to purchase some from them. Also wouldn’t accept an Amazon package that needed a label printed for it.

Why bother having a store if it doesn’t offer all services UPS Stores are advertised they offer? Refused to accept any packages with QR codes simply because “it’s a preference.”

This is an Amazing store with great customer service! Please stop coming into franchises and expecting not to pay for materials YOU need to complete YOUR shipment. The UPS Store is not required to tape ANY box in which the customer did not pay to ship at the store.
It’s taking responsibility for YOUR box if something were to happen just because they tapped it. BUY TAPE or stop shipping/returning stuff. It’s not fair to have to run a business and buy everything for the customers to COMPLAIN about a policy that you can GOOGLE. You go run a business and have your customers make complaints about you not giving free materials, it’s actually crazy to see these reviews and entitlement!
Stop blaming that amazing woman Tiffany! She is there by herself every time I come in and does an excellent job at connecting with her customers. If you pay attention while in the store and stop worrying about tape you would see how many people genuinely love the store!
Stop coming into the store feeling ENTITLED to supplies that should be purchased. If you want FREE tape, go to the store who chooses to do it for free regardless of UPS POLICY. maybe they have the money to do that and that’s great but stop trying to knock down a business for simply following the rules!
Also, if you packages don’t get scanned in CALL UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE! All of this information is on Google. Stop trying to blame this store for everything UPS. They do not put the packages on the truck and ship them. If you have a problem The store can not help and has to take the same avenue you do to solve the problem. Which they are also not required to do because The UPS Store and UPS ARE SEPARATE ENTITIES!
they try their best but y'all are expecting miracle workers and it doesn't work like that. Blame the truck drivers for not scanning in your package or ask for a receipt so you can physically see your package be scanned and if any problems occur after… it’s because of UPS not this UPS STORE

Paid the hefty price for two day shipping, dropped off Sunday morning and the package wasn’t scanned until Monday night, and I didn’t receive it until late Thursday. They don’t answer their phone to help you, so I’m going to have to go out of my way to visit the store to inquire about a refund.

I didn’t bother to read the reviews of this store prior to visiting Sunday morning. I dealt with Tiffany Cordell who is apparently the owner of this location.
If you look at a majority of the reviews here you will see many that complain of lack of help from the staff there and many that mention that the staff refused to help the customer simply tape a box up. I was told that the store offers one complementary piece of tape. I have shipped items with UPS for 40 years and I have not had one location refused to use their tape gun to seal up a box. I am not sure if it was a ploy to get me to purchase tape from her store, which she informed me that they sell or if she was just having a bad day. Either way I would suggest future customers to read these reviews as Ms. Cordell doesn’t seem to have a sense for customer service.
Suggestion read your reviews and take them to heart. I see you responding to most here. Listen to the voice of the customer, you could have simply ran a few piece of tape over my package and made a customer happy instead you chose a different option. You are a poor representative of the UPS brand.

Needed to fax roughly 50 pages and stopped in and was helped by Tiffany (I think that's what her name tag said). She was fast, efficient, friendly and helped me with exactly what I needed and got my faxes sent at half the price then what FedEx wanted. Great customer service!

Went here 11/17/2024 at 2:15 pm. with an Amazon return that needed taped. This assistance is normally customary but the clerk insisted that I pay for the tape! I went to next nearest UPS store on Henderson Rd and I received the service I expected.

Please avoid this store. The lady working there was on her phone all the time. She was so rude and not willing to work at all. I even tried to connect with her and joke. She was very mean. She told me several times that I have to tape my boxes. I told her that I used to go to the perimeter rd location and they never ask me to tape or package anything. Her respond was every location has there owe rules and I am not taping anything else for you. I am not sure why she is working if she doesn’t like the job. The perimeter location is very helpful , always smiling.

Terrible customer service! Rude and not helpful at all! The clerk even told the next customer that I was rude and that I didn’t respect what she does. I would never recommend this store!!
The UPS store on Cemetery Rd is awesome! They were very friendly and greeted me as I walked in along with thanking me for my business and to have a nice day!
