Terrible customer service! Rude and not helpful at all! The clerk even told the next customer that I was rude and that I didn’t respect what she does. I would never recommend this store!!
The UPS store on Cemetery Rd is awesome! They were very friendly and greeted me as I walked in along with thanking me for my business and to have a nice day!

The whole store reeks of weeks-old cat litter. The smell was so strong, I needed to cover my mouth and nose when I entered. I only needed to drop off a package that was ready to go, so I didn’t interact with staff beyond being offered a receipt. Owner contacted asking if I’m sure I know what store I was in… yes, this is the correct store, located in the same building as a cat shelter. It definitely stinks in your store.

Do not talk about trying their best.. the fact is they don’t try at all. Unhelpful ..Their service is very difficult to deal with. .. I have never been dealing with such snappy attitude like those two ups workers at this store. Avoid going there if not necessary. Piss me off.. the location on sawmill road was much nicer service than this one..

Went in with a amazon return already in a box just needed tape. The cashier told me multiple times it should've been boxed and closed before it got there. I said okay it'll close I just didn't have tape. In which she replied I'll give you one piece of tape. I said okay and she just stared at me and explained again how it was an issue the box wasn't closed. I told her she had a very unpleasant attitude and left. Avoid this store.

Middle aged woman that opened the store (late) on 5/19/24 - I told her I did not feel like she was helping me & asked her to be nicer, to which she called me a “b hole” and told me to go to another store. Went to Henderson UPS & the customer service was 10/10. Stay away from Martin Rd UPS and drive 5 mins to any of the other UPS locations near by.

This location is supposed to open at 8 on Mondays. I went there this morning and it was locked up with no one there. Frustrating.

Flat out rude and grumpy employees. Always leave shaking my head whether it was watching how they treated someone else or myself. Today was the worst. I will go out of my way to avoid using this store going forward. It's clearly a top down problem as most of the staff is that way

Does NOT Amazon returns! This owner should loose their franchise!! Update after their reply. No. What they do is accept an Amazon return if in a taped box only otherwise they don’t accept. Any other store we can take the return back and they will help. Not here. Again they don’t follow the agreed policy UPS franchises have with AMAZON.
