Vibes were so bad from the staff. Some guy (who I assume works there?) came in at the same time I did seemingly buying something and then just hops behind the counter and asks what I want from the ice cream case ? unfortunately will not be revisiting this location, too bad it’s closest to me!

The usual night crew who ive encountered are not personable what so ever. The vibe they give off is that they just hate their jobs. The woman tried to scan her own u drive card without even asking if I had one...when she was confronted she LITERALLY said nothing and just stared at me. I'm always there because I live super close- which is the only reason I step foot.
When asked a question or even just make a comment the night employees are just rude- either don't care or roll their eyes. Example- asked about high noon cases and it was such a burden to stop sweeping to even acknowledge me...without even looking said "I think we're out"
Like OK ?
Anyways after many interactions It's safe to say I cant wait to move so I don't have to use this gas station again ?

Thank you to Annie and Dorothya! They were very patient and helpful in getting my new U Drive Plus card registered and activated. They also explained the special offer with buying UDF gift cards now. This gives me extra $$ off gas with the current promotion. Great service and team work. Thank you!

I’m usually a huge fan of UDF and love their ice cream. With this particular area I’ve run into nothing but terrible service. We walk in and ask if ice cream is available (as often around this time they are thawing the cooler and will not make milkshakes). We got the nastiest look and no response from the worker. This particular location has never had great customer service.

I gave in to advertising & decided to go for the peach ice cream cone. The ice cream was good. It was worth 4 stars due to the big chunks of peaches...yum.The delivery left A LOT to be desired. I was taking advantage of the free scoop offer but it turns out UDF was taking advantage of me. The first scoop hardly came to the edges of the cake cone & the second scoop was half the size of the first. $3.40 for that? Did the guy think it was coming out of his check!? I probably won't be back. And I will definitely be sharing this experience.

Walk in there to get a milk shake an I asked can you add this brownie to it, which they are above the blender for ice cream. The lady says idk I gotta call my Manager. If you can’t see that there’s brownies above the ice cream for the ice cream and you gotta call your manager that’s a bit ridiculous. UDF needs to hire thinkers not air heads.

I adore this location. Every member of the team has always been so pleasant & helpful. Even this evening, there was an issue with the pump after a sale. Mark (Manager) came right out to the pump to rectify the situation. He took care of the problem as quickly as he could & was apologetic. His service recovery was impeccable.

I always go into this UDF to grab some ice since they have a great deal on it. When I have gone in the afternoon and evening there has been a heavy set white lady behind the register that clearly has ISSUES with folks that don’t quite look like her. She extremely rude and has the most negative attitude I’ve seen since living out here. She speaks and is super friendly with the White customers that are in the store and soon as a Black customer comes in or approaches the counter to check out their items are met with a frown and non-speaking employee. I went up to the counter to pay for my ice and had to ask for a bag three times. She was too busy making sure I was going to pay for my items to even remotely hear what I said. For the third time I asked for a bag and instead of giving me the bag she stated very sarcastic “ Need your receipt” and I stated no I don’t. When she finally grab the bags out she toss them to me and I had to bag my own ice. Wow!!! If this employee doesn’t like her job and/or dealing with certain individuals then maybe she needs to be somewhere where she’s not directly interacting with the Public.This ONE employee makes this ENTIRE STORE look NASTY. Last time I checked money HAS a color and it’s green. My money is the same as a White customers Money. If she can’t treat ALL CUSTOMERS PROFESSIONALLY AND WITH RESPECT then she needs to work elsewhere. I refuse to spend my MONEY ANYWHERE that I’m not equally treated like all others that service this location. I’m giving this location 1 star because of the one employee with the attitude problem.

Very rude employees, didn’t even speak to me. Never offered me a receipt, just scanned my stuff and walked away. I said thanks! And he never responded.
