I’ve been to UDF many times and I’ve only gotten to get a few things because everything is very overpriced. I wanted some airhead bites and they were five dollars. A bag of airhead bites should be five dollars and a little thing of Twix should not be 319. Lower the prices.

Similar experience to the previous reviewer. I gave my kids (ages 11 and 8) some cash and told them they could bike to UDF and get ice cream. They told me the male clerk was friendly and helpful. But the mean woman clerk first accused my kids of loitering without intending to buy anything, and then she made a show of loudly telling the male clerk to make sure my kids weren't stealing anything extra when they paid for their ice cream. (Her behavior was similarly rude a couple days ago when a neighbor brought one of my kids and his friend there and she has been surly and unhelpful to me in the past.) It's hard to teach kids to be respectful when adults are unnecessarily disrespectful to them! Nonetheless, my kids asked me not to call the manager to complain because they didn't want to get the female clerk in trouble. To that end, I hope UDF won't fire her, but I do hope she is retrained and instructed to post an apology here.

Steve is always great! He always is so friendly and helpful! I was very disappointed today when I witnessed the blonde girl that was working with him yelling at him today. He was clearly doing his job and her attitude with him in front of customers was unnecessary and very unprofessional. Steve deserves 5 stars she deserves none.

Overall with UDF you get an inconsistent experience, this particular location is usually pretty good.

IT IS NOT UNITED DAIRY FARMERS, CASEBUS.COM!!!!I’ve never given anyone bad reviews. If your product is not is as good as I’d like it to be, I return and comment nothing because I know how hard it is to build a business. You can read all my past reviews, and you’ll see it.However this time is different. I bought a case, which I liked very much. One day, in the shower, a hot shower, I photographed a shampoo/conditioner to my cousin, since I always forget to do that. It became very difficult to type with the case wet, so I removed my phone from the case.Right after my shower, I tried to put the phone back in the case, but it didn’t fit anymore. Since I’d had sent this seller, back then, around 5 emails with absolutely no response from him, I took pictures and sent them to the seller. He didn’t respond, so I decided to film myself with my phone and their case, and sent it to him/her. After that, I got a response telling me that returning the product would cost me more than buying a new one, since this brand is located overseas.I asked the seller 3 or 4 times what happened, because it was impossible for me or my husband to figure it out on our own. He NEVER EVER said a SINGLE word, just left me waiting.I’ll repeat: the seller SAW, with his own eyes, the pictures AND my video! Since he saw it, why would I keep a piece that doesn’t work?After a couple of months of my efforts, today I received a response saying they WON’T refund me, only if I sent the one that shrank back, because this was the return policy.What can we conclude with that? That the seller sells us products that can’t be put in the water, AND, even after watching a video proving that it didn’t fit any longer, he couldn’t care less to, at least, explain to us what happened.My husband and I were going to report the brand to the Better Business Bureau, but since the seller told us about the refund policy, very unfortunately, we can’t, I believe, but we can make public that only before you buy a product you receive a decent customer service. If you’re unlucky and have ANY problem with their products, you’ll be treated with no consideration!DO NOT buy from these people. I NEVER EVER dealt with such a horrible customer service in my entire life!I really hope my review can help you decide if you’ll buy a product of theirs or not. Oh, by the way, I have all our interactions via email, pictures and video, just in case I need to prove it public.
