The absolutely worst property management I have ever seen in my life leasing office and management lady work there and she told me I will fix the AC eight weeks. It’s been 16 weeks. I went there. I ask her when the AC is going to fix. She told me I don’t know so I asked her who knows so she kicked me out for the office and she called the police on me and I cannot go inside. I cannot talk to her and I pay my rent And I don’t understand but whoever wants to come think twice twice and this is worse worse management.

I moved in 18 days after the last tenant had moved out. within this time period none if essential repairs were done. after I moved in I went to office numerous times to ask them to fix things. property manager fills out a form and maintenance manager or techs gets rid of it without repair. as if property mansger is not ready in charge.my appartment flooded twice already. they immediately carpet cleaned the other affected appartment but I didn't even get a dehumidifier to dry my place. I personally had to use shop vac to get the bulk of tge water out. before flooding I pointed out to the maintenance guys that water was getting into my ceiling and ceiling was changing color. it was ignored as usual with other complaints for service. my only chance would be to file a complaint with HUD. the rent is great and the neighborhood is good. but no matter how low the rent they still have to maintain the property and you will not get service here.

It's pretty good area, it's behind a large park. However, there's a large Indian community living this apartment area. If you are a person who prefer to live in a more diverse community, you will need to look elsewhere.

The Absolute Worst Property management I have ever seen in my life. Broken Things cant be fixed for months out. Over 4 Weeks with No DRYER! Service repairs are never priority. Leasing office is never around and hardly ever Fields phone calls, shortage of maintenance staff and backed up Service requests. More concerned about the color of blinds in the windows than items that need repaired, Eviction notices due to poor auto pay payment schedule because property management "Forgot to put it in the system" 3 TIMES. The only reason this neighborhood is nice is because the tenants in the area are fantastic people. Other than that this place is going downhill. Please rethink twice before you rent these apartments !

No hiccups for most the time here, tenant for three years, until Tuttle Parke said I needed to upgrade from my one bedroom for exceeding occupancy. They said I’d be breaking the lease if I moved out instead of upgrading and be charged a buy-out of 3 months rent.I went to the corporate office and Chris at the front told me they had no record of any notice of this kind given to me and that its not their policy to force upgrades. She then called Lori at Tuttle and changed her tune saying I’d be breaking my lease by not upgrading.They should have given me a notice to vacate — I’ve already made arrangements to be out by the end and of the month — and I shouldn’t be penalized for a rule they made me aware of AFTER the recent renewal of my lease.They had no grounds to make me leave in the first place and not at my expense when they are requiring it. Not to mention they told me I was exceeding occupancy 3 weeks before my due date, causing a lot of unneeded stress.

Maintenance is not good. Had problem of faulty dishwasher for around 8 months in span of 2 years stay. No proper response even after multiple communications. Stay away if you need working amenities.

I've lived here for seven years now and there's really not a better value in Dublin. You have quick access to I-270 to get wherever you want, the neighborhood is at the end of a road so there's no through traffic, keeping it nice and quiet. Kaltenbach Park is right behind it for a great walk. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests and the staff has always been friendly.

I came by last Thursday, I saw the management lady was talking to someone at the entrance door, and as soon as I was parking my car, she immediately closed the door and locked it and went out of site. I nocked and called the number but she did not answer. Very disappointed with this type of bias attitude towards potential residents.

Great place to live, Its my 9th year living in Tuttle Park Apartments.Very good place with nice community to live-in, to be honest all the bad reviews you see was because of previous management for years, at least since i moved in 2012. I see now management changed, new property manager Lori and Kathy are very helpful, they are available and open to listen residents issues resolving them promptly (Not just make patch fixes, but get it fixed how they should be in first place .. that's really awesome), last couple of months i had bunch of maintenance issues which were addressed promptly. looks like bad days are over for people living in this community.Maintenance staff Tim and Kylin are very helpful, looks like they were caught between residents and old management all these years, now they seems to get all the right help from new property manager Lori and property owners in doing the maintenance in a right way.I highly recommend this community for a better place to live, Many amenities are close by with in 5 miles radius, walkable day care center for kids, Walmart in a walkable distance, Many do carpool to work places like Nationwide and JPMC and other work places ... this is really helpful to many new people arriving in USA/Columbus for work for the first time, very close to I-270, having park just behind community makes it accessible to lot of activities during summer, for parent, kids and evening walks.Another good thing is this community has a WhatsApp group with around 250 contacts who live in the community sharing all kinds of info which is helpful to many, not to mention about this but just to tell how healthy the community is in here helping each other.Thanks & Regards,rs

We recently moved in. I was a little worried at first reading all the bad reviews, but I believe that was for the old management. The property manager Lori is new, and she is very helpful as well as her team. I moved from far, but Lori made my move very easy by taking care of all formalities online via email. I will update my experience as I live here for few more weeks..

It was good experience. We loved staying in Tuttle park apartments. Very good community for kids to play in summer . Very secured and comfortable for parents to visit and stay. We loved staying there for 5yrs. Maintenance is prompt and within a day most of our issues got resolved and fixed. We never faced any prolonged period for things to resolved. special thanks to Tim and Tina, who were part of Tuttle park apartments Management and maintenance team. Very friendly and helpful in all the ways.
