We have had nothing but professional and helpful experience with Go Store It, the place is very clean, but our price has been raised twice in 12 months and is now double what we were paying. It may be time to start shopping around.

This storage place is great!
The place is clean and safe, and the manager, Pat, is super nice and helpful. Pat made everything easy and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing storage!

Management is the worst changed my auto pay then get notice that my payment didn’t process and charged me late fee. Been there for over 2 years without issue with payment. Every year they will jack your rent by at least $20. Well never recommend or use them again, got most of my stuff out already.

While looking for a storage place to store my furnishings I came across Go Store It in Dublin, Ohio. Patricia, in the office has been an amazing help! Professional, well informed all the while being friendly. She is one of the reasons I have chosen to rent my unit from them. The other being: clean facility, close to where I will finally be moving and great prices! Thank you Patricia for making my search for a good storage unit easy and organized.

Set up a time to get my storage unit, got all my stuff in my car and then I find out the only employee left the building and isn’t returning for around another two hours which I don’t have the time for. Heard this issue from others and was hoping it was false but it is not.
