I have bought a car on line before and it was a horrible experience. I decided to try it again against my wife's wishes. I saw the car I liked and made the deal. That was pretty easy. The sales man did not answer questions and when he did it was one word responses. The communication was not to good. The car was as advertised and the title came in a good amount of time. The only negative thing I would have to say is bad communication.

Brittany was amazing to work with. She knows cars. I told her what I wanted over the phone….she was in my driveway the next day with my new Bentley. I appreciate her not trying to Sell me a car, but listening to what I needed. I have always loved The Toy Barn, and Brittany is an intelligent, caring, and savvy woman to work with! Will be back soon….maybe that Corvette Stingray!

Imagine this, I submit a request and ask the salesman to call me and he says "Can I call you tomorrow?" The next day no call, only a text where he says I will call you in the afternoon. Again, no call received. On the third day I have to text him just to get a response. Worst experience I've had with a dealership. I guess since I wasn't spending over 100K they weren't interested. I purchased from another dealership today!

Great buying experience at Toy Barn. Vaughn was great to work with and was informative and helpful without being pushy. Can't say that I've ever enjoyed a car buying experience, but today made that the case. Everyone I interacted with at Toy Barn was friendly, professional and consistent. Chris always makes himself available and today was no different, even though this was my first purchase. Zach was great discussing the deal and add-ons, and clearly made suggestions that he felt would make my ownership experience more enjoyable. Vaughn, thanks for taking care of me and for engaging me within 10 seconds of me getting out of my truck. Happy customer here.

Thought I'd found my dream car , Yellow 2016 Z06 drove 6 1/2 hrs to find a car that had a PPF wrap that was completely shot .. they were confident that a new wrap would only cost about 2 grand , so they knocked 1 grand off the price , but to rewrap the car as it was around 6 grand , yea at the time I thought this can be fixed no big deal , now 5 grand more minus the 1 grand off the price the wrap looks awesome.. but after getting it home I noticed the rear bumper had been repainted with runs in the clear coat , ok no biggie I colored sanded them out , problem fixed , well after a little more inspection
One of the rear tires had a hole in it & had been patched on the inside , this is a 500.00 dollar tire geez , so ok I'll get a new tire well not to my surprise no socket for the wheel locks .. good thing I finally found one in a master set that would fit .. I know this is a 2016 model car but with only 6600 miles & a premium price .. you would think Toy Barn would do a better job .. especially when they are supposed to offer high end vehicles.. I could have got the same treatment & type of vehicle at a local dealership , basically I went to Toy Barn looking for my dream car not a project car.

Sales people were very courteous and knowledeable. They helped get my Tesla Model S setup and charged up so that I could make the 2 hour trip home on the same day I test drove it. The Toy Barn is a first class operation.

We drove all the way from Tennessee to Ohio taking the salesman word on the car(our mistake I know). Our first clue to turn around and come home should've been the rust. And we were lucky to make the drive back home. Immediately we had to replace the rack and pinion. And we've had consistent issues with the car since in the less than one year of having it, the car is literally dying on us. None of this was disclosed or even hinted at by the salesperson.

I've been looking at 6mt M3's for a long time now and when the chance came to get a very clean low miles comp spec arose i had to jump on it. Getting something this big is way outside my comfort zone. Blake and the guys from Toy Barn helped me on it every step of the way and got me set. Very nice place and so many cool cars to droll over while shopping as well.
