I have been a resident at the convalarium and the staff here took really good care of me the service was great the food was good there I have no complaints about anything there.

Not acceptable in many ways of the services such as the cleanliness of the room and the patient himself, the communications with the caregiver, etc, althougt there are a few stuff who are good.
