A little over four years ago I bought a Stressless chair from Studio J. I love the chair and would buy again without hesitation. A few weeks ago it began to exhibit erratic behavior with the controls that extend and retract the footrest. I called Studio J and they sent someone to take a look. They said they would have to order some parts. A few weeks later, Studio J called and said the parts had arrived, could the come pick up the chair. They came late that morning and returned the repaired chair late that same afternoon! To say "come parts" is an understatement. Newer models of the Stressless chair have the controls located in the chair arm rather than along the side as was with my chair. They provided a whole new chair arm along with replacing much of the footrest extender mechanism. All at no charge and with a smile. Thank you Stressless and Studio J from a VERY happy customer.

Finding furniture can be a lot of fun. A huge plus is working with experts in that field. I want share with you why I prefer Studio J as my number one choice for my furniture, and furniture accessory needs. Located in Dublin, OH, they have a great location with easy access, storefront parking, and it’s safe. These folks are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, creative, and hold themselves to a very high standard focused entirely on you. Yep, these attributes continue with the delivery folks, too. They are the very best. Everything that I have purchased from Studio J is superior quality, and I can go on how Studio J has helped me reach each goal. Look at the Studio J website for more particulars about its roots, its mission, the staff, the design team, and services they provide. The website includes Studio J’s comprehensive list with links to the fine furniture manufacturers, and brands, and fine amenities they offer in their store for your buying decision. It’s so good to have a company care about their clients and have so many options. My experience tells me, companies that do that excel, are industry and market leaders, have great integrity, and are here to stay. I encourage you to visit Studio J to explore, discuss your project, find your statement or wow pieces, get some inspiration, and have an enjoyable experience. Incredible selection of amazing furniture for all rooms and all styles. This is a high-end store with all high-end products, you've been warned. ? Customer service is great, easy to work with. Delivery is easy to work out with the store, and they are flexible to get products delivered when it works best for you. Beautiful Stressless furniture along with other great boutique names too. Accent pieces and accessories can also be purchased here.

My husband and I purchased a Century cabinet and there were some door issues and Studio J sent a staff member all the way to Morgantown,WV to assist in fixing the problem. The customer service I received was nothing short of outstanding. I would recommend this company as well as the beautiful mix of furniture they carry. Although we live in WV, we won’t hesitate to purchase again from this wonderful company.

I love this store! Every time I go in, I have to walk through everything twice to make sure and spot every hidden gem they have and believe me, it's worth it! I have bought furniture, art, wine racks, and kitchen goods and it's all amazing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to find, create, and deliver exactly what you need. I've been in a few times and they clearly make an effort to get to know you and your style preferences, even remembering things I have bought in the past and making suggestions for color palette to match!

In deciding to replace living room furniture we spoke with several different designers and looked at a variety of living room furniture samples. The one place that stood out above all the others is Studio J. The merchandise is quality (a range of good quality) and the designer, Rick Sherman, is tremendous. If considering new furniture, I definitely recommend visiting or speaking with a representative of Studio J.
