I’ve been going to this Starbucks since it opened and it’s always been incredibly consistent.Today however Kat absolutely made my day.Great service is wonderful. But Kat was exceptional.Love genuine people.

The staff have 0 accountability and intentionally mess with people’s orders based on the way that the person looks. This is $5 and they put tons of ice. No receipt, no way of having the order fixed. No compensation whatsoever from these people openly stealing my money just because they didn’t like the way I looked. Was nothing but polite to them, when you are polite, they get angry. Can’t wait for them to be replaced by robots in the future so we can simply get what we pay for. Nothing more, nothing less.

The customer service at this location is Phenomenal, they have a very kind tone to their voice and professional. And memories of their services everlasting. I was provided espresso shots by a guy With shoulder length hair, and his kindness is heartwarming.

My husband was waiting inside for 35 minutes for a grande dark roast with two shots, meanwhile the drive thru and mobile app lines are just churning out drinks. You need to focus on instore customers, if you can’t handle instore, mobile, and drive-thru, you need to adjust.

Everytime me and my girlfriend come in Kat is extremely nice and caring. Not many people care about customer service these days but she made sure that we were taken care of. She's really sweet and deserves a raise. GIVE KAT MORE MONEY!!
