I like this Starbucks, because it's inside the Kroger Marketplace I shop at. The staff are always fast, & my coffee is done in no time! Latoya is my favorite, because she always makes my drinks the way I like it!

I wish I could give "5" negative stars. I stood in line for almost 10 mins &never got acknowledged another employee came in off the street & asked if she could help so the other employee could make her order. She never acknowledged me nor DID SHE WASH HER HANDS before starting the orders. I finally asked the worker "KIM" how much longer it would be because I've been standing there over 10 mins with no greeting at all. In a VERY RUDE TONE I was told she was busy making orders, at that time I walked out. This is not the first time I've been treated like this at the Dublin Kroger which I had to speak to the manager before and he apologized on behalf of his staff. I think it's time to contact the BBB. To whomever oversees the reviews READ THEM! THERES ALOT OF THEM saying how rude the staff is!!

Nobody was here when I came by. Hung out for a few minutes, but no one showed up. No signs saying that they were closed or stepped away and the hours were posted as them being open.

Great quick service. Only issue is my name was completely wrong and had no idea that they called my order but in the end that’s my fault I guess!

Awful, stood there for 5 mins waiting to order from 2 young gals ignoring us, whispering. I looked at the register and it said “closed” The website says 8pm, the lights were on. Maybe have a sign that says closed, or better idea maybe train your employees to communicate to patrons. Don’t waste your time.

This Starbucks has the most rudest employees I've ever come across. They definitely need an attitude adjustment and practice treating ALL customers with courtesy and respect. If employees worked liked they did during the interview to get the job, then maybe there wouldn't be a problem. Eliminate workers by using kiosks and machines which can operate exclusively without human intervention. Don't worry, it's only a matter of time before the abovementioned happens. Personally, I can't wait.

I feel like most times I come here it's good service, however there is always a long wait here even if there's only one person in front of me. Just takes them a little while to make the drinks is all..

Can't continue buying coffee from a company that hires literal Pinkertons to union bust. Starbucks, stop firing hard working employees that support unions. It's absolutely disgusting that we have to say this in 2022.

Super bummed. I loved when I saw you can order ahead. I work from home so it's more convenient than driving to Sawmill or Powell. HOWEVER. There is one woman who isn't very friendly. I'm not sure if she's cutting costs or what but I swear she's changing recipes. When I ask for extra sweet cream there isn't extra, I can tell by the color. The cold brew doesn't taste like cold brew rather just hot brewed coffee over ice. They never have cinnamon. If I order in person the receipt on my app is different and shows modifications. I will say there is a bonde haired gentleman that makes my drinks correctly. But more often than not something is off.

I'd recommend some customer service 101 lessons. And not sure what's wrong with the coffee, tastes odd.. nothing like other Starbucks. Other than the horrible customer service and gross coffee, it was perfect.

The drinks themselves are fine, but the main lady who typically works does not seem interested in serving customers. She will ignore people for extended periods, and frequently chats with other Kroger employees while blatantly ignoring people waiting.

I’m giving 3 stars because the guy was there all by himself. He’s probably overworked. He took the order, go make the order, then take another. It took forever but that’s not his fault. Only thing is my cafe mocha wasn’t sweet at all. Maybe he forgot the sugar. It didn’t taste good but I still finished it all thinking it wasn’t going to hurt to have less sugar?.
