“Personally, I love this Macys location. It's smaller than Polaris and Easton so there are less options BUT they have a backstage section and because it is smaller you don't have to deal with the craziness of the other locations. They still have a reasonable selection of items and offer curbside pickup. The store associates there are always pleasant and professional. I've never had to deal with anyone with a crappy attitude or bad customer service.”
“I took my son's baseball glove in to have the lacing repaired. I dropped it off to Nathan, a very professinal customer service representative. The folowing day I received a call from Brandon about the glove and was told I would be able to pick it up today. Wow! What a quick turnaround and the lacing job is great!! Thanks for your assistance!!”

“The owner is a little aggressive but very helpful. My sister got her prom dress from here and she helped her try the dresses on and figure out which one she liked. The dresses are priced about average and they have a beautiful assortment.”
