Had a employee arrive at the store to scream at me and swear at me and threaten me while off the clock saying try me I’m off the clock.. this is a store that I visit everyday day before and after work but now I’m worried I’m going to be harassed cussed out by Linda the cook for being a frequent customer

They charged me a $126 holding fee for $8 of gas. I was told by the clerk this was something my bank did. My bank stated it was speedway that did this & they have never seen a holding fee that excessive. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

Very dirty. The fountain soda area was disgusting. Trash all over the counter and floor. Spilled soda and melted slushy everywhere. Rude employee.

I went to pump gas and tried to scan my card for points and after inserting my card to pay it said my card wasn't scanned oh well, I lifted the pump and selected my grade, it wasn't working and said to see cashier so I did, the two ladies inside wanted to laugh and tell me how I didn't know how to pump gas and tell me that I have to pay and then remove nozzle blah blah blah so the woman told me I would have to pay again because I took too long and payment did not go thru... as these woman are laughing in my face I just walked out. With the nozzle still in my car as I was about to remove it I pushed and gas came out and I was not even charged (it's been weeks since this happened) so I hope those ladies got in trouble for that & yay free gas for me lol

Bad customer service. They are very pushy. Great thing is you don't need an id to buy alcohol or tobacco because they rarely card. If the manager knows you cuz you're a frequent customer she won't care that you don't have an id..but if you really wanna get away with it.. go at night between 8pm-1 am

Employee named Brenda was very rude,disrespectful, and has zero customer service experience. She needs fired. Not to mention was breaking multiple laws she could be sued for but luckily I’m not that kind of person. The situation was bs and not right at all. Called and never reached supervisor so will be calling corporate Monday.

Often their pumps don't print receipts. Their trash cans are frequently full. The management is very poor. We're going to a different place for gass.
