Location is great but that’s about it. I booked a room with a fire place but they disregarded that and the room was okay looking. Couch looked gross so didn’t sit on it, and the bathroom floor was cracked and tiles were coming up. Very dangerous that they left it like that bc it is very sharp. And I could tell house keeping half assed their jobs… They shoved one tissue in the tissue box so it was empty but made to seem like it was full. But the part that pissed me off, check out is at 12pm and at 11am they banged on the door yelling room service for about 3 seconds then tried to proceed in the room… did not even apologize.

Great location. Tons of things to do near! Room was clean and stocked with all necessities. All staff was friendly and attentive (even providing rice for a wet cell phone mishap) Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us, as our anniversary plans had to be changed last minute. Love that it is pet-friendly, it's hard to find to places that are. And everyone seemed to be respectful about cleaning up after them. We well definitely be planning another trip to the area and planning another stay!!
Rooms: We had a little kitchen and living room with rooms on each side...perfect for families
Nearby activities: PINS is fun for all ages, pizza, drinks, arcade games, a bowling game..only about 10 mins away. Mall isnt far either
Safety: Safe and secure rooms
Food and drinks: Tons of restaurants and bars within a very short drive/ uber as well as grocery/liquor store

This was our first time experiencing a Sonesta establishment, and if any of the others are like this property, then we will never stay at another! The room was disgusting and unfortunately we chose to stay due to everyone else being fully booked (Ohio State home game), and we were exhausted, it was getting late, and we didn't feel safe driving the three hours home with our baby. We left as quickly as we could manage the next morning. I went to the reception when we checked out to share our concerns, but nobody was at the desk.
Pros - Pretty close location to the zoo and a relatively easy drive. Close to some restaurants, coffee, stores and etc.
The woman who checked us in was nice, but it was a very simple "here's your room and where to go" type of thing. We didn't experience any breakfast or coffee offerings, but the lobby area was welcoming with a fireplace and several seating options.
We didn't experience any noticeable noise from outside or the upper floor.
Cons (there are many) -
The hotel definitely has "long term stay/living" vibes and it appears to have been an old apartment complex that was remodeled into a hotel. It definitely still has an apartment feel.
It does not appear that they're concerned with upkeep.
There were beer cans and various bits of trash all over the parking lot.
Our room (1012) was pretty disgusting. It was dirty (see attached photos of just a few of the issues), but the bathrooms were relatively clean, and the bedding that we touched was fine. Otherwise, eww. We experienced dirty/old furniture, dirty walls, the tops of lamps, fridge, and other surfaces were dirty, spiders, dirty vents, and more. My 16mo babes feet were so dirty while playing that he made dirty footprints on the sheets and on the bottom of the tub when he got in his bath! We all put socks on after our showers and didn't take them off until we got into bed. Also, the TVs were slightly broken (not a huge deal but weird), there was crappy coffee but no coffee pot to brew it, the soap caddy in the shower was completely empty/gross looking, the toilet lid was loose or else it would prevent the bathroom door from closing, doors wouldn't shut properly, our baby woke up with a bite on his face, worn/dirty doors, baseboards, and etc.
It was NOT AT ALL worth the $210 dollars we paid for ONE night! Absolutely ridiculous. We hate that we stayed there so please, unless it's your last resort, stay somewhere else!
Rooms: The attention to cleanliness is non existent.
Safety: There were several people hanging out in the parking lot in various areas and we felt a little unsafe at first. Especially as we noticed the beer cans and trash. We didn't have any safety issues in our room and our vehicle was fine the next morning.

EDIT: note the response by the hotel only addresses a singular issue. This reservation was made months ago, also, so this was not a last-minute booking issue. I also forgot to mention the strong smoke smell throughout the buildings including inside the rooms.
We reserved two rooms for a long weekend. The rooms were placed in two different buildings despite our reservation requesting them close as we were traveling with children. Neither room had a working deadbolt on the doors and both had mold growing in the bathroom. One room was stocked with zero towels or toilet paper and the other had zero soap in any of the dispensers and a leaking bathroom ceiling. One room did not have a working lock when we arrived and the initial suggestion was for us to just “stay in for the night” and they would deal with it the next day. We advised them that this was unacceptable and they did end up switching the lock out with another room. The staff themselves were friendly and as helpful as possible, but they blamed the “system” for how things were, which was frustrating. The rooms overall are a good size but dirty, dingy, and dated. I was surprised how poor of shape and overall dirty the hotel was for a place like Dublin.

We had two rooms and one was better than the other. The area around the hotel is really nice and is really close to the Dublin historic district.

The only thing great about this place was the location and area. I slept in my car and used this hotel to take a shower. That's how horrible it is. There wasnt any places available because there was a concert of a popular country singer. This place had a cigarette smell so strong that it'll sink in and stick to your clothes and hair. People live here permanently. You can't find anyone after 7 pm. to check in the room. There is no room service at all. Couldn't get clean towels and wash clothes. The ones I had were stained. Bed had blood stains on the border, bugs, mold, dust/dust mites, carpet stains, and curtains filled with smoke and dust. HORRIBLE. DONT PAY TO STAY HERE. Soap dispenser molded. The health department will be contacted.

Pretty nice overall Love the huge bed and bathroom area and the sitting area was cozy! Obviously little kitchenette was a big help. I don't know why but I didn't expect it to be like an extended stay must have just misunderstood what I was going to lol but I was glad.

All of the positive reviews must be from a long time ago. Our room looked NOTHING like the pictures. Room was NOT clean the bathroom was nasty, no water pressure in the shower and the tub would not drain. No breakfast like the site stated. We were on the ground floor it smelled musty and the carpets were damp. I would not stay here again the location was the only positive in my opinion.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly! During our stay the fridge stopped working so we called down to the front desk before we went out for the day. When we returned for the night there was a whole new fridge installed in our room and they took care of all our groceries. That was above and beyond my expectations! My only complaint would be attention to cleanliness. I had to rewash dishes before using, bought disinfectant wipes for surfaces, and floors desperately needed a good mop. Everything else was up to par though! Didn’t use the pool but it did look crystal clear. Seems like new management has done the place some justice and I hope their reviews improve (:
Nearby activities: Was perfect for our Zoo and Zoombezibay trip! Was roughly 10 minutes away from everything
