I am writing to commend Becca at the Sawmill Road, Dublin, Ohio Sleep Number location. In addition to the great customer service Becca gave us when my husband and I were at the store, Becca went above and beyond to resolve a matter that occurred with the delivery of our new Sleep Number bed. So often, we are quick to complain, but I wanted to be sure and commend Becca as well. Sleep Number has a wonderful employee in Becca!

Friendly staff and great location. Abby was very patient with me, she took the time to help me find a mattress that fits my needs, she truly makes you feel special. I highly recommend visiting and checking out their products. I will sure visit again in the future.

The Sleep Number store in Dublin, Ohio, was a complete delight.I was helped by Desiree who explained every aspect of the Sleep Number bed and its many advantages. She did not pressure or try to hurry me through the process which was greatly appreciated. I did purchase a wonderful new bed and pillows along with some new sheets, comforter, and mattress pad. I look forward to many wonderful nights of restorative sleep. Wendy W.

My wife and I had a great experience here. Abby was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient with our young child; she even provided a snack! This location even had some toy blocks for kids to play with.
The mattress selection process is very easy - simply trying the various models and features takes the guesswork out. Point in case - we didn’t expect to buy the adjustable base, but after trying it we experienced such great comfort that we decided to go for it.
The store is spacious and clean. I would recommend stopping by if you’re interested in trying out a mattress. Abby will surely take great care of you!

Amy, Manager at the Gig Harbor store was most helpful in resolving an issue we had concerning an order. She was very professional and courteous. She is very patient and worked very hard to accomodate our concerns. We are very pleased with the service we got and are looking forward to enjoying our bed.
