Skilled sales staff that explained the product to our satisfaction. Seems outrageuosly high priced but so we're the regular beds we investigated.

Although the store was busy, Jazz was so attentive and helpful. Taking the time to make sure we were making good choices; understanding our needs; putting us at ease. Wonderful experience and definitely would recommend.
