An employee tried to hide and sell me $80+ boots with scuffs and scratches. Specifically on the boot she brought from the back. She didn’t even try and and explain the issue or ask if I still wanted to purchase the boots even with the one being scuffed and scratched. She just brought the boot up to the front, put it in the box, closed the lid and tried to sell it to me. If I hadn’t reopened the box and examined that boot I’d have bought them without knowing until I got home. Sneaky! I don’t recommend shopping here and if you do, check the condition of the footwear they bring out of the back for you. Since each box only has one piece of footwear inside for anti theft reasons.

The staff were very rude and they started to say that they were closed 25 min before their closing time. We were about to get some shoes and an employee walked passed us and said that they were already closed. They already had the gate half way down so you had to duct to get out. Staff was rude and unprofessional, will not be returning.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Tried to close the store an hour early as far as closing the gates so people can't get in and out. Then said they close at 5pm when it was already after 5pm when I got there. We asked why they lied about closing time and then refused to check us out and screamed at us and across the store. Closing gates with people in there is a fire safety Hazzard. Debbie the manager was the rudest of them all. Never go.

They employees as soon as we walked in we're screaming about let's just close now at 5pm. They close at 6pm. They locked us in to prevent customers from getting in. Refused to check us out before they said they closed at 5:15pm. The staff was extremely rude.

Went to this store & this is what the guy was doing. I didn’t get a hello! Welcome in! No NOTHING! In fact! He spoke to nobody. People are so into their phones, giving great customer service is DEAD! I bet I won’t go BACK! Someone needs to train these ppl about customer service. SMH

A few days ago I was at the Tutlle Crossing store and the old woman who works there likes to look at people very badly. She thinks we are stealing that old woman, they should throw her out and she is very foul-mouthed. I have gone several times and she looks at all the people very, very ugly. I don't care if she owns the place. Treat people well because with the purchase we make we pay your salary.close that store.The old woman is badass.
