This center is filled with people who love your children as their own. They learn about each child as an individual and figure out how to support them based on what makes them tick. We had a wonderful experience with this team. They were very kind empathetic people and always available to support us as a family.

We love Kindercare! We started taking our daughter when she was three months old and she has thrived under the care of Miss Wendy and Miss Naima. The center has an open door policy and are always responsive to questions or concerns.

My daughter Naomi started daycare with Shannon Heights KinderCare at 10 months old. I have to admit that I was initially apprehensive to enroll her as she had previously just stayed at home with me. I am so very thankful that I made the decision to enroll her in this particular daycare service anyway. All of the teachers/admin are amazing and tend to my daughter’s needs as well as I could if she remained at home. They've taught Naomi so much in just a few short months and I’ve noticed a huge difference in her socialization skills.I receive numerous photos and written updates of my baby everyday which gives me a lot of reassurance that she is healthy and happy. I would encourage anyone that may be seeking childcare to consider joining our little family at Shannon Heights KinderCare.

We have been going to Shannon Heights KinderCare for over a year now. Our daughter LOVES every minute she is there. She started in the infant A class and has since moved to the infant B class. The updates we get thought out the day really helped put my husband and I at ease when leaving our little one there. I know the teachers love the kids as much as the kids love them. I have recommended this location to anyone looking for a good safe place for their kids.

Mr. Tanner has been such a huge blessing in such little time with my son over the last month -who attends school age with him- he acclimated very well with transition to in district daycare with Kindercare and has been so excited to go daily since his move over to Shannon Heights Kindercare. It's very telling that he cares for those he is overseeing and that he loves what he does! I couldn't be more blessed to have my child somewhere where I know he is safe, cared for and has a blast and is eager to go back daily! Thank you to Ms. Marissa for making the transition smooth and reassuring for me as a parent!Add: 10/5/23 - today my son reported to the teacher he missed his daddy- they went the extra mile to have him make contact with a phone call during nap time to dad and me as well with reaching out back out to him to make sure their wasn't anything he needed. The directors and teachers are the very best and care for the children like they are their own. We appreciate it immensely.

Loved Wendy and Kellie - terrific at taking care of our son from 3 months to a little over a year old. Unfortunately, we moved out of state, otherwise we would've had our son grow up here and hang out with these teachers that all of us loved. If you're evaluating daycares in the area - look no further - meet with Marisa and bring your kids here - it's well worth the love and attention they get.

I have two teenage daughters who never attended daycare. My six month old due to work schedules just stated at KinderCare on Shannon Heights by Frantz Road. They immediately put our nerves to ease. They have an app that sends updates, as well as photos of his day. All the staff is so friendly and They treat each kid like their own. I absolutely love this place and trust them with my baby boy, and he loves them too. Definitely don’t hesitate, stop by their center to meet with them. I’m sure you’ll see how great of a place it is to bring your children too. They are wonderful!! I do no not regret this choice!

Beyond thankful for our Shannon Heights KinderCare crew! Being hundreds of miles away from family made me sad and had me conflicted about my infant baby attending daycare. I'm a first time mom and had to return to work FT, and even though I worked from home my little one needed more attention than my work schedule demanded. I spent a few weeks looking at different options and was drawn to KinderCare. I had visited a few other places before I visited Shannon Heights KinderCare, and after the walk-thru, meeting the infant teacher, and speaking with the center director, my husband and I drove home and I turned to him and said, "this is the one." I've enjoyed the updates they send of sensory activities, encouraging tummy time, working on nap time (my little one doesn't love naps), and taking special care of any needs that arise. My little one is 5.5 months now, and when I take him in he smiles at his teacher, excited to start his day. Now we have a family away from family and my mama heart is full.

We enrolled our son at KinderCare when he was three months old and we are so incredibly grateful that we did that. The teachers there have been so supportive, even with all of the craziness that 2020 brought. The level of care and compassion they consistently demonstrate is so amazing and our son absolutely loves going to school each day. I could not be more excited about how well they do with him and how much he loves it!

My kids through various ages have been going to this KinderCare location for 7 yrs now. With my youngest (2 yrs old) being the recent and only attendee left in the bunch. I took my time getting him into daycare because his personality is unlike the his brothers and has strong separation anxiety! I knew the only place I was going to trust was this KinderCare and it made me feel good that a lot of same staff are still here that his brothers had when they were here.It says a lot about a company when there isn’t high turn over and the staff is happy with their jobs. Marissa the Director is amazing and helped make sure that myself and my youngest were comfortable every step of the way.At first he was a little apprehensive and now he walks in with a smile and doesn’t even look back to give that look that used to fill me with guilt when I would drop him off! Makes me feel so much better about leaving him and knowing that I don’t have to worry gives me peace of mind throughout my work day! Thank you all for being the Amazing staff that you are!!

I highly recommend sending your kid(s) to this Kindercare. The overall culture of the center is very warming and my child enjoys going to school everyday. The staff is phenomenal. They are very caring to every single child and you can tell that they always have the children's best interest in mind. The staff is very interactive with the kids and every single one of the teachers invest so much of themselves into each one of the kids wellbeing. I can not say enough positive things regarding the teachers. From a academic standpoint I have seen so much growth sending my child to this facility. The curriculum is age specific and I have seen that it incorporates multiple different learning styles into the daily activities which has allowed my child to grow academically along with socially.As a parent, one of things I love the most is getting pictures/videos and notes throughout the day showing me what the daily activities are.I feel fortunate that I have a daycare that I know my child is getting cared for. The director is exceptional which is reflected in her staff. I highly recommend Shannon Heights Kindercare.
