I usually never care for writing reviews but I have time today, once you step into this Sephora it’s just so unwelcoming, and unprofessional. The blonde lady with the eyeliner doesn’t even look at you or ask if you’re looking for something, no hi no nothing and was just on her phone . The store is just so unorganized, dirty nor do they have a lot of the products they have on the testers. Just an awful experience.

i’ve been a customer at this location for a while because of it being the closest to my house, but after the years it is clear and evident they have undergone new management and this store is just disappointing now! i hardly see this store being clean, and for it being a “high end” beauty store you would think that cleanliness would be top priority, products are never stocked and on top of the store going downhill, Mindy who seems to be the manager of sephora is openly on facetime while checking out customers which is extremely unpleasant to see as there is a long line of people who need help. overall this store could undergo a lot of changes. I would not recommend shopping at this location!

I don’t often leave reviews, but this Sephora is constantly underwhelming. Just was on hold
For 5+ minutes for the machine to come on and say please leave a message…. They aren’t checking those. It’s Tuesday at 12:30, how hard is it for someone to answer the phone to see if they have a product in stock. It’s frustrating.

I stopped in this Sephora location this evening. When I came in, I saw the two young ladies working both doing their makeup. The store was dirty. Literally all the small waste cans which holds the used trial sponges ECT were overflowing. Most of the products were not stocked. There were 2 empty drinks cups stuffed behind the sample products.
I browsed for awhile and not once did the associates acknowledge me.
Then, when I went to check out, both girls were at the counter very openly talking about how they could not stand to work here. I was checked out and literally had my bag tossed to me as the girls just continued to chat.
I have shopped Sephora for many years. I will say, this is the worse experience.
Perhaps there should be an adult watching over the young kids "working"

Walked in looking for an item multiple people were walking around but I was not greeted. I asked a worker did she have an item she was very short and said no. First time I been to this Sephora since it opened, not a good impression.

One day I went to sephora looking for good night cream, I was confuse what can be the best for my skin, specially that I have acne.One of the stuff name Mrs. Safaa helped me find the good cream and she advised me to use a toner too, for the acne, she also was so kind.After using this product for two weeks I saw a big difference in my skin, so thank you safaa ?

This was my first visit to a Sephora within a department store. I do have high expectations for Sephora's. The stand alone store at Easton always has employees on hand that can help direct me to what I am looking for or need. I stopped into this particular Sephora within Kohl's because it was convenient and on my way. The store is situated in the center of Kohl's towards the front. Really the definition of front and center. It was bright and compact. I did find it difficult to locate what I was looking for, but that was probably more due to not being familiar with the layout. There were two employees working, but neither seemed interested in truly helping me. They did not give me the confidence that they would be able to suggest the proper colors or products for me. So I ended up only picking up toner, because I knew I couldn't go too wrong with my own choice. I had also wanted to pick up under eye concealer and under eye cream, but decided against it when the employees didn't seem to exude the same amount of knowledge as the typical Sephora employees at my usual Sephora. My suggestion is, if you know what you are looking for and want to run in, grab it, and rush out, the Sephora at Kohl's is a perfect location for you. But if you want beauty advice and assistance, a stand alone Sephora my be your best bet.
