I was just informed this morning by a sams customer service person that they started an automatic renewal for all members, i told him i did not authorize a renewal and they debited my checking acct 50 dollars, he told me to dispute it with my bank then hung up the phone.

As a Sams Club member there is no place for me to provide feedback. The order # related to my feedback is Order # 10095144252. The survey that you emailed to me had expired (August/September delivery dates). The products that were delivered by a Sams Club driver or whatever serevice you use were O.K. but the items that had to be shipped I was very very disappointed! I plan not to use nor recommend your shipping services again! The reason for the disappointment and poor score: 1 - The raggedy box that was used to ship my items was bigger than my front door. I had to bring it in via the garage door. 2 - The box must have been used many, many times and was falling apart AND It was poorly taped together. And thank goodness none of the packaging around my individual items was broken or I would have had to send them back for sanitary reasons. For the amount of money I spent on that order ($400), I did expect BETTER out of you.

This is your typical Sam's Club. Good deals on bulk items. This location is smaller than the Hillard location but it is still well stocked. You really can't go wrong with a Sam's Club stop.

I'm between a 3 and 4. This Sam's is pretty organized and clean. But I've had issues with curbside pickup taking 20+ min to get my items after check-in. And the layout is a bit strange compared to other clubs.

If you like buying bulk then this is the place. If you really don't buy bulk and have a place to store all the bulky items you will get here. It's really not a good deal. If you have a store maybe you want to get certain items you can buy bulk unless you have the space, it's really not a good deal. in my opinion. The produce section is horrible so you're not going to find a lot of good produce at Sam's club.

I drove 35 minutes to get to Sams, but when I arrived at the store I didn't have my membership card, so I went to customer service to see if they could help me and they told me no because didn't have membership, as the membership is in my husband's name. We pay for something so we can't use it?!

Very disappointed that the management team has decided to get rid of the Caroline's Cart. We regularly shop here and we always use this cart for our special needs daughter who has mobility issues. Very sad to have to try to get her around the club when she has difficulty walking.Also, why would you put the empty boxes at the exit? It seriously slows an already slow checkout process. Nearly doubled the exit time.Costco might be able to meet our needs better.

the bakery was so unprofessional it was ridiculous. they tried many times to talk us out of cake design (a design already in their books). they even had us call other stores to see if they'd make it better because they said there was a chance our cake would be "ugly" because the cake designer was "inexperienced ". they also warned that we would possibly get a call from the cake decorator telling us that she didn't want us to do it. we finally got them to take our cake order after 45 minutes of haggling. when we went to pick up the cake that was ordered for our WEDDING, they didn't have it ready and instead of a circle cake they gave us a sheet cake. terrible experience.

BeWARE! Customer service is horrible. I had two of the same items ($15), both were defective, and returned them. The CSR gave me two different receipts for the same amount. She told me she had to process the items separately. I should have looked closer at the receipts as only one return transaction posted. Keep your receipts from this place. They are not trustworthy. Most likely she just gave me a duplicate receipt and processed the second return for cash and pocketed it. Very dishonest at this location.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Placed an order early morning for pickup. Waited over an hour for my order in the pickup timeframe. Tried calling the store to check my order status but kept getting hung up on. Called corporate to cancel order. Got notification 30 mins after pickup time that order was ready. Unbelievable! DO NOT USE PICKUP OPTION HERE! Horrible customer service!

If I can give zero stars I would the attitude in this place is horrible. Especially Brooke who is suppose to be “supervising the store” well I go today to do my shopping and I leave after paying. Run by the house drop of what I bought ran to the Walmart literally 2 blocks from me to get the rest of the items I needed and yep someone compromised my cards and cleaned out my EBT card as well. Call back they don’t want to know a thing. Had to shut down everyone of my cards now to wait a week or two for new ones to arrive and lord knows if they will put the couple of hundred taken oh and all this while I live in Ohio someone is at the same time I’m on the phone with one of the card companies is shopping in a bodega in NYC. But sams never picked up the phone more gives a hoot if it can be an integral thing anything is possible. So I have filed a police report with Columbus police.

05/03/2023 Just an update I went yesterday and normally things go great they really do have a great team there I went to get some fresh sushi because they now have an amazing sushi bar at this location back near the meats. However the employees where no where to be found. So I waited, and while I was waiting, I was approached 4 times as the employee's relized I was not being helped, and they tried to help to the extent they could. I was never ignored. The sushi employees are not employees of sams it is a third party, so they didn't know when they would be back, so I left after 30 minutes, but they tried so hard and always do. 01/07/2023 I visit this club all the time. On my recent visit, I had to return a salad that went bad. It was a Sunday evening, and I waited for 1 employee to get through 4 people to make my return it took almost 40 minutes, which I was a little upset about. Generally, the employees are helpful, and it's easy to scan and go. Unlike Costco, you can use an app to scan everything you need and then just show your barcode without waiting in a checkout line and go. It's incredible how fast you can get in and out. If you haven't tried it, you should. Sometimes, they offer special discounts on items that are scan and go too. If you found this review helpful, please mark it as helpful and follow me for more!
