My SNAP benefits were stolen at this location from over state lines. I called to inform them and they didn't seem to have any concern that they were unknowingly participating in fraud.

Worst customer service! There was only a guy working at customer service, and it took you in line for over 25 mins just for returning even thought there were only 4 persons waited.

Worst location to do pickup for produce.
I usually have a good experience shopping at the store, but my first time doing a produce pickup was disappointing. The fruits were mostly mushy, especially the apples. Out of the entire bag, only three apples were in good condition, as if the picker had purposely selected the worst items.

People are taking/ switching mango between boxes, it prevents me from buying any of it, Sam's Club should enclose the boxes.

One of the worse customer service I have experienced when trying to return something.
There was only 1 customer ahead of me and the service person took like 20 min , all the while I was patiently waiting in line, no eye contact, no ack about delay nothing.
When there was brief moment of pause as he was waiting for some help, I asked will it be done anytime soon as I have to be somewhere else and the answer was a rude "No" from the tubby guy working there.
Even the folks at BMV and govt agencies are much much faster and service oriented then this joke of a company !!
Never shopping here again !!

The store services appear to be okay in other departments, but the tire center department is terrible at this club. I am saying this based on my couple of transactions. The associates working at Tire Center are behind in basic courtesy and professionalism. Right from appointment booking to getting service done, all employees need basic customer service training, in fact, in the sense of how to talk to customers.
I want to share a recent experience, to plug a leaking tire they asked for wait time of 5 days, where the car was sitting roadside and no other shop was open that time to address the issue, given this critical situation, they didn’t express any willingness to accommodate and address critical issue, as part of policy Sams offer such services part of tire warranty to members, but do you think to just for plug tire, which occasionally critical to fix immediately, especially when the vehicle sat curbside, can’t move, it is an easy fix, barley take 10 minutes, for that asking the customer to wait for several days? does it make sense? also same way if you happened to buy tires, you will need several days to get the tire mount. I would say if the club can’t keep up to the offering and time-bound services, just close the section there not point of keeping and advertising the offering to customer.
I would suggest to prospective customers if you are looking for any such service, please beware and make a wise choice. Do not rely on tire center offerings at this club.

Specifically for the food court. How do they never have hot dogs. Routinely come in around 4:30/5pm on weekdays. What are we doing Sam?

I usually have a pretty decent shopping experience here and find everything I need. The only thing I would say would be to have competent polite people checking the receipts at the door. Numerous times I've had people who dont even greet you, look miserable and have attitudes. Today for instance there was an older white guy there and he was extremely rude. I handed him my receipt and he didnt take it instead he was shooing me with his hand and said "go, move!" To look at my cart..is that how you treat your customers? So disrespectful...
I came shopping in 12/14/24 at 11:05am.

First time here and after checkout, which was done by a cashier, I went to the door, and they told me I didn't pay for something and did I want it. I am not going back in line for a box of strawberries because your casher didn't scan everything. I won't be back.

Worst tire department I’ve ever been to. There have been multiple instances when I’m in the store waiting on an associate to come and help. When I finally get their attention they act as if I I’m inconveniencing them. Waiting 10 mins to get any acknowledgment after having to beat on the door is unacceptable. Finally having to request a manager to get something resolved and waiting another 10 mins is just as bad.
Members pay fees to shop here for a reason. Not to have poor service.

As a whole this locations great. The optical center is a different story. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I visited this locations optical center twice, the first time I went at 6:10pm, because it’s advertised they close at 7 and can do exams, to get an exam just to be told by the pharmacy tech they usually leave at 6. The second time i go, surprisingly someone was there, and I was told there hasn’t been an optometrist at that location for more than 3 years and said there wasn’t a time frame in which an optometrist would be there, but also said someone was only there once a week. Not entirely sure what’s going on at this location but it’s incredibly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
