Sam's Club is pathetic. They need an investigation launched against them for racial profiling their black members. put a sign on the door that says only whites allowed if you don't want black people to shop at your business. I've called your corporate office 3 time and filed a complaint That black members exiting the building is being checked 3, 4 times more than your white members. All the memberships cost the same. If you think that your black members need to be monitored more than your white members, put a sign up that says only whites allowed. So you don't get the opportunity to take black people's money and humiliate them in the process.

They have the usual bulk warehouse-store items you'd expect to find. I appreciate the convenience of scan & go and curbside pickup because it makes it very easy for me to quickly get what I need without worrying about long lines.

Overall love this location. I come very often; the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only downfall is that they are ALWAYS out of rotisserie. There are two machines to cook them in and they only use one which is strange since they must never have enough cooked? I find myself waiting around because of it so plan for that if you get rotisserie!

African Americans to STOP spending your money at Sam's Club. STOP Sam's Club don't want you there. notice when you're walking out they scan your entire cart. They don't do that to white people's cart. STOP spending your money at a place that don't want you there. Spend your money with their competitors. They will miss you when you're gone. Great layout compared to Hilliard location but when in checkout I was the only one the self checkout lady asked if I needed help which came off racists or something. Then proceeded to give my receipt to give to the receipt checker by the door and she decided to use a laser scanner at my newborn while she was awake. Hillard seems to have better employees compared to here.

Prices are reasonable for the amount of product. Checkout process and exit are little too slow, hard to gauge when the store is less busy to expedite. Friendly and helpful staff. Diversity is well represented as observed by the employees. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Third party sales reps in aisles can be a little annoying.

Returns Member Services is awful. Most of the time, if I have a return, it's a long wait. Less agents to help customers.

Still as good as ever. Just about you all need can be found there including cheap gas if you don't mind the fact they don't put the cleaning agents in like Costco does!

I feel Costco is too much sensory overload for me. Sam's have the same layout and same few but good items. There are new members mark items every month so you get to try new stuff as well. Overall, I love it expect when they change something. I don't do well with layout changes.

I will never, ever shop at Sam's Club ever again. What sam's Club is doing in 2024? Is despicable. Sam's club is racial profiling their black members.
Twice I have witnessed this micro racism. Checking out at the door they will scan 2 item in white people's carts and 5, 6, 7 items in black people cart. Why are your black people being held up at your door and being checked more than white people? All memberships cost the same regular or premium. African American money is not 50 cents on the dollar. It's a dollar per dollar, but Sam's club is going above and beyond to racial profile their black members.
I will not help to grow any companies portfolio while their racial profiling me or people of my color. I will spend my money with the competition.
Goodbye, Sam's Club, you don't deserve black people's money, which help to fatten your belly and fill your white pockets.
