First time shopping at Ross, probably will not go back. Reasons being there are no handicap carts, second being they had only one cashier and 11 people in line it took me longer to check out than it took me to shop.

All I hear when I walk in is ringing noises from all the ppl that pop tabs off the Merchandise. I won't be back after buying an item and something else was in the box which clearly the associates did bc the security tape was completely covering the whole thing. I am beyond upset that the employees are that careless and it's clear they don't care about you here.

Ross IS Ross no matter where you might be! Recently moved from SE TX where we frequented Ross. Was OVERJOYED to find Ross had reached Columbus Ohio!! It's rare that you can't find what you need - sometimes it's even things you DIDN'T KNOW you needed - at Ross! Prices are usually extraordinary!

Found a bathroom rug in a beautiful shade of gold I'd been looking for. Apparently gold isn't a bathroom color. I'd been hunting down rugs and towels for months. But this rug is perfect!

We love Ross and shop here quite regularly. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Except for the lady that manages, she could be better!
