Our best man had used Romanoff for his and his wife's wedding and they had a good experience so we thought we would be safe to use them as well. We had the complete opposite experience with them. We came in very early for first fittings and then was told to come in 2 days before the wedding to pick up the tux's and that any minor changes would be made. Come to find out there had to be a final fitting and then a separate day to pick up. We came in the day for the "final" fitting and the pants were not even hemmed and he took another measurement. The measurements were already done at the initial fitting so I am not sure why they were not already ready. Then when they were picked up the ties were not ready because he ordered them the day before. Once we got all the items, there were multiple issues. The groom had a whole button missing on his jacket. One of the groomsmen had pants that did not match the gray of his jacket. The ring bearer had stains all over his dress shirt before it was ever taken out of the bag. I never though the guys outfits should have been on my radar for things to be stressed or worried about but it ended up being one of the most stressful things about our wedding. Everyone we delt with was so nice but the organization is lacking, I think because he is taking on too much to meet the needs of his customers. I hope others have a better experience but this was unfortunately ours.

Nice guy, great service. Had some mishaps with the suit but he made it right no questions asked and we were able to come to an agreement. Would recommend again!

We arrived not knowing that we needed an appointment but we were warmly greeted and accommodated. The customer service was excellent and a nice variety of options. We were very pleased we chose to come here at random.

Very good quality, and reasonable prices. I rented a suit for a wedding and it was fit perfectly. I ended up buying most of the pieces outright and was pleasantly surprised at the rates. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and getting measurements is done quickly and professionally.

We didn't have an appointment but the associate was kind enough to fit us in as we had drove an hour to get there.

Was recommended to come here based on where my wife looked for her wedding dress, Aaron did not disappoint. He was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the process. As someone who had a wedding out of the area he was easy to work with and all of the groomsmen and I’s suits fit perfectly. I would strongly recommend going to see Aaron for any of your suit/tux needs, I know I will.

I have rented almost all the tuxedos I’ve ever worn from Romanoffs. Prices are good. Tuxedos fit well and they make it super easy all around.
