I had a pleasant experience. The cashier was prompt and friendly. She even handled a verbal attack from an entitled customer with grace. I'd go back because it's located relatively close to my office.

Went to this PNC on a Saturday morning just after they opened to break two $20 into singles. They help with out hesitation. Did require me to have an account to do it like another bank in the same parking lot. Service seems to mean something here.

This is one of the better PNC branches. Two other branches have been recently closed. If you are a regular customer, they can get to know you which helps. One of the tellers did help me a lot when my CC got locked. They can also make you a new CC or Debit card when your account gets compromised.

They are money hungry! They are telling me that if I open an account and close it before 90 days there’s a $25 fee!! The employees at the branch are rude!

The bank teller told me the wrong information and caused me to get two overdraft fees and when I went in to try to fix it, they acted like they were doing me a favor by emailing the general manager and asking her to fix it.
I was depositing a check and i was under and i asked if the check would stop any overdraft fees since it was deposited first day. I asked if I should just go cash it and bring cash to make sure that i didn't get a fee. She assured me I wouldn't get a fee because the check would be pending at the same time as the negative credit. She was wrong, I got two fees, and then they were less than fully cooperative about getting me my money back.
Besides this incident, they are normally pretty friendly but they are incompetent and disrespectful of your time and money. I would suggest using a different branch, but really I would just suggest not using PNC.
