I went to The Pink Door to look for an outfit to wear to my son’s formal wedding. I had no idea where to start as I am just NOT a fancy person!! The owner of the shop was incredibly helpful and patient and pleasant and she helped me pick out an outfit that I love and feel comfortable in. There is so much unique and very pretty stuff in The Pink Door. I got a sophisticated jumpsuit, a lovely designer duster to wear with it, designer shoes, a belt, clutch and jewelry. It was fun and like I said, the shop owner was STELLAR!! Thank you so much, Melanie❤️

My family and I were traveling. We are from California and stayed here in Dublin, ohio since our car broken down and I needed clothes since I didn't bring much for our trip. It's such a beautiful store. The owner is so sweet. Very clean inside and so much designer stuff. Good quality. Just alittle pricey but it's worth it! :) Definitely recommend it !

I dropped off 2 bags of designer clothing . Was told I would get a call which I didn't . Then I called and I guess it was the owner told me to come in and that they don't make phone calls ??? Ok. Anyway then I go there and for my 2 bags of designer clothing she only wanted 2 items and could only offer me 17 dollars????????? Ummmmmm no thank you . One was a pair of never worn Rachel Roy pants which were 90 dollars and another was a white dress from Neiman Marcus for 495 dollars . What a joke . And they don't even greet you hello when u walk in . Bad customer service . I was happy to take back all my clothes . She doesn't deserve them.

When I walked in I said hello to the older lady behind the counter not much of a response. She was busy dressing a mannequin. Three other ladies came in while I was there and she never acknowledged them either. Before leaving I said to her as she was now busy with bracelets." You are quite focused aren't you?" She answered getting everything done on the list. My suggestion for the owner would be have sales associate work with the customers in the store when you have them and do the busy work when they leave. Probably sell a lot more.
