The process was extremely easy, he was always available which is so important in this market, and everything was done on time as promised even though it was a very quick turnaround time. Nate was incredible to work with in every imaginable way. His responsiveness was unmatched. Nate made himself available nights and weekends, time and time again. Whether he answered a text, call, or put together a video call/presentation to help us understand the process, Nate made us feel extremely valued. His industry knowledge and easy-going nature put us at ease. Nate and his team were also accurate with their numbers with zero hiccups or issues. We closed on time and they took all the guesswork out of the process. Shot out to Josh for all his help with the underwriting! THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!! Our realtor connected us with Nate and he was fantastic ever since our first chat. As first time home buyers, we were a little clueless and had lots of questions. Nate was always willing to answers those and was just a phone call or text away. Josh also was amazing with the underwriting process as well as his patience with any questions we had about that. Nate and Josh were extremely helpful, friendly, and supportive through the entire loan process. They were always available to answer questions by phone and responded quickly to e-mails. I appreciated their availability and patience. I was a first-time homebuyer, so I appreciated their willingness to take as much time as I needed to understand what was happening. They never made me feel like I was wasting their time and in fact they always seemed glad to speak with me about any questions or concerns I had. Brendon and the Neighborhood Loans team made the home buying process about as easy as I could imagine. Brendon would host seminars for first time home buyers that helped with grasping the big pictures, and then was readily available to explain all the small details as we went through the process of buying our home.
