This is my local nail salon and I love it. I have been going here for over 2 years and I have always had great nails when I leave.
I ask them to do a fun design or something with my ring finger nail and it always turns out so cute! (The photo is the latest nails with a shimmering silver)
I also love their pedicures with the CBD.

Second time here and will be coming back. My first set lasted an entire month before I got it removed (nothing was falling off just wanted a change). Got a new set and the service was quick and nails look beautiful.

Safe and nail friendly gel removal. They saved me in a pinch after someone else did the wrong color. They were very nice as well. The price was awesome.

Just had a really bad experience here today. It took 2 hours for a regular polish pedicure and is so bad I’m going to pay to have it redone tomorrow (somewhere else). Normally I wouldn’t leave a review but I feel completely swindled over $70. I paid for a higher level pedicure and the girl couldn’t even cut my toes as short as I wanted and just took way too long with every step for how poorly the pedicure turned out. Absolutely zero callus removal.

I asked for medium stiletto nails and instead was greeted by this. I was in tears after. While the ladies were really nice and everything else was a good experience, the actual nail work was rushed and messy. As someone who does nails, I was blown away by the lack of care for nails. Cuticles weren’t cut and they also charged ($10) for certain shapes of nails such as stiletto or coffin.

It was a terrible experience. Had a manicure and pedicure. I've given the place several chances and now have been disappointed the last few visits. Today I left on the verge of tears. My nails were not shaped, cut too short and simply clipped straight across. Three different techs worked on my pedicure. No wonder things got missed. Have nail polish where there should be none and places that need it. I don't think the staff understands or may just not care how unwelcoming they make their customers feel when you don't speak to us, you only speak to each other in a foreign language. I won't be back and will tell everyone I know not to go to.

Let’s start with the pedicure the massage was so relaxing when I say it relaxed my whole entire body that’s what I mean. I was getting my nails done falling asleep. I am not from Columbus but every time I visit I will be adding to my itinerary to stop here and get a pedicure.

I visited the salon today for a manicure and pedicure. I left just short of tears. My biggest issue is they cut my nails very short and didn't shape them after we had a conversation about what I wanted. Three different people worked on my pedicure, felt rushed and the nails look rushed. Have nail polish where I shouldn't have it and need polish in other places. As to not create a scene, I paid and left. The more I looked at them the more upset I was. Decided to call and request a refund for just the manicure, the pedicure wasn't great but I'd had worse. The manicure was probably the worst I've ever had. They refused to give me a refund and wanted me to come back in so they could fix it. When I explained I didn't have enough nail left to fix plus quite frankly I didn't trust them to do it right. They obviously were okay with the job or they wouldn't have let me leave to begin with. We pay way too much money to not be happy with the end result. I won't be back and I'd recommend you don't go.

This was my first time! And it went very welcome. Everyone was so nice and the ladies took great care of my feet and hands! This will be my new favorite place for nail services
