Moo Moo Express Car Wash provides a good, fast wash and wax with very friendly and polite service. Customers note the powerful vacuums and the assurance that management cares. However, this particular location is one of the oldest and shows its age. The wash production line is very short and lacks the effectiveness, completeness, and multiple vacuum types found at newer Moo Moo shops. The dryer may not get all the soap off, and soap may not remove all debris like bird poop. The layout is cramped, with a difficult traffic flow in and out at certain times. The entry and exit are the same, which can cause issues, and the vacuuming area is minuscule, often leading to traffic jams that discourage its use. Some customers feel the wash does not do a good job, leaving wheels filthy and requiring additional cleaning afterward.

Great service but sometimes the water for the wash isn't enough and the car still has soap on it. Also doesnt get bird poop off easily but since I have a monthly subscription I go through the car wash multiple times lol. All in all 👍🏽👍🏽

The one on Sawmill sucks. The one on Lazelle is not bad and the new one in Polaris is the best. Employees are mostly nice.
