We were here today. And Mohammad was very unprofessional, disrespectful and uneducated! We had such bad customer service experience. As long Mohammad is the store. We don’t recommend to go this branch!

I drove here from Worthington yesterday after an absolutely terrible experience at the Morse Road location on Tuesday. Mohammad greeted me immediately and I informed him of my oddball situation and what I needed. Unlike the Morse road location (which I will be giving a detailed 1 star review after this), Mohammed listened to me and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent experience at this location all around! Thank you Mohammed!

I went in to switch from boost and upon entering was greeted by noone then Muhammad came out from the back looked at my wife and I and continued scrolling on his phone for a solid two minutes. Finally he looked up at me and asked what he could do for us, I explained the situation he then said that he only had one phone he could offer me to switch despite the fact that at least six phones in the store said free when you switch. Under duress I agreed to get two of the phones then he said that it would cost me almost three hundred dollars to switch with fees and activation, I asked Muhammad where all the fees were coming from if the phone is free he replied that he could then do it for one ninety, red flag number two. After agreeing to his haggled down price he couldn't get a hold of boost to switch it. Finally I left and stuck with boost who gave me two new phones.for much less.
