Was just up there today (1/10/24) and Mohammad was such an AMAZING member to have working for metro. He informed us if some amazing specials going on and wow just amazing. After spectrum messed with my phone he didn't give up and kept going till spectrum got there stuff together to get my phone number working for metro.
Spent two hours with him working with my phone and I appreciate everything he has done for me! Metro you have an MVP working there you all need to ensure he gets a raise of something with the outstanding work he had done today.

I drove here from Worthington yesterday after an absolutely terrible experience at the Morse Road location on Tuesday. Mohammad greeted me immediately and I informed him of my oddball situation and what I needed. Unlike the Morse road location (which I will be giving a detailed 1 star review after this), Mohammed listened to me and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent experience at this location all around! Thank you Mohammed!
