The most awful experience possible. Stan is horrific to deal with, and really made an awful impression on behalf of MAG, particularly considering the rest of the team, including Chelsea, was so helpful and kind. As a new VW owner I didn't know that Byer's is the preferred option, and took my vehicle to MAG for a factory recall. Ironically, the work was done on the passenger door, and after I picked the car up, there were issues with bluetooth and recognizing the key fab inside the vehicle, that stemmed from wiring issues in the door that weren't there prior that Stan insisted we pay $2,000 to correct. Despite us sharing this with Stan, he refused to take ownership for the issue and was incredibly difficult to work with, both for my husband and me. Will never make that mistake again and hope for the sake of the kind people at MAG Byer's is hiring soon so they can get a job in a less toxic work environment!

Cannot say enough good things about Chelsea and the rest of the service team. They were able to get my car in and out quickly and provided top notch customer service. I won’t take my car anywhere else moving forward. Thank you so much again!

I had a great experience at MAG Dublin, specifically with Adam Strider as my sales consultant. Adam was exceptionally knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all of my questions (plus the questions of my family members ?) with ease. From the very first interaction, Adam made our time at MAG Dublin comfortable. He listened to what I wanted and worked with us to find a great deal on a great car. I’d recommend MAG Dublin to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Ask for Adam Strider. You won’t be disappointed.

Do not purchase a vehicle from here. It is not worth the headache! I was sold a used car with a clean carfax report to later find out the car had actually been wrecked and not fixed properly. I took it back to be inspected and fixed. They did the bare minimum and returned my car with new scuff marks and blemishes! Not to mention Brent the sales manager is a complete jerk. Take your business elsewhere!

I recently went to help a friend purchase a vehicle and had a terrible experience at MAG. The price we were quoted online was about $4,000 less than what we were presented with after the test drive. When we asked about the discrepancy and requested that they honor the online price, the manager, Brent Harbold, was completely unprofessional. He told us, “We don’t have time for people wasting our time; we have to focus on serious buyers.” We promptly left and drove to Germain Volkswagen in Westerville.
At Germain, we had a completely different experience. The staff was professional, respectful, and honored the price we found online. Our salesman was fantastic, and we were able to get the same vehicle at the price we were originally quoted. I highly recommend Germain Volkswagen to anyone looking to buy a Volkswagen. Avoid MAG if you want to be treated with respect and get a fair deal

Just had a terrible experience at this dealership. The sales guy was nice enough, seemed inexperienced. But the sales manager was a sleazy disagreeable jerk. We were at the finish line and he blew up the deal over ~$800, shook my hand and said we needed to leave. Which is amazing if his job is to sell a car, he could've come back with a counter-offer or told me what he CAN do. And as we left (happy to get away) he said loudly from his office "I only talk to people who actually want to BUY cars." I feel bad for the sales rep who's manager prioritized his own ego over getting the sale. I went to another VW dealership and 2 hours later drove off with the same car, at the price I was asking. Don't go here
