I specifically asked to not be called or marketed to whatsoever. Nia has now called me Friday and again today (taking over people Jamaal had worked with), leaving sales voicemails Friday AND today. I didn’t call you back and I know my account is notated to not be called.
Please respect what customers ask.

Just bought a 2018 mini countryman from this mag dealership. I hate buying cars, but this was a painless experience. Both Ryan and Quran were great to deal with.

I appreciated the video shot by the service tech of my car. He walked though his inspection on camera and sent it to me. A nice touch.

The dealership appears to be a shadow of what it once was. I was in today for service for the first time in about 8-9 months. The one person in service was new (no more Heather), and they now charge an extra 3% for credit card payments on top of the high prices they already command for doing authorized MINI maintenance and repair work.
The waiting room was pared down to plastic chairs, and a couple of upholstered pieces. No more bar area to sit at and comfortably do work on my laptop while I waited.
The accessory shop was a lot of empty shelves and one hanging display.
No one came in to browse cars while I was there. It was very surreal from past experiences. I don't think I'll be back. I'll visit my independent mechanics on Riverside Dr, and know that I'm in good hands at fair prices, even though I'll have to leave my car.
The dealer experience is not even close to what it used to be, and not worth the 35 minute drive to wait an hour and a half for an oil change.

I’ve owned mini Cooper for over a decade, and have always found the dealers to be exceptional. While traveling to Ohio from Georgia, I experienced a blowout and had to put the temporary tire on. It triggered a check engine light so I went to Dealer to have the code read. Despite the fact that I told them I was 500 miles from home, they refused to use their handheld to read the code and give me advice. They told me to come back two days later. I asked for the service manager, and later the general manager, and of course, neither was available. I drove to a Autozone and had them read it. No concerning issues.
The service “advisors” were obviously not well trained and appeared to be kids right out of high school. I am certain that MINI USA Will be interested in hearing the details of my visit. It does not fit with the brand philosophy.

If you are passing through and have an engine issue, don't bother calling—no consideration for an emergency. They did give me a good lead on a shop that was able to get me back on the road in a few days.

We had a fantastic experience leasing our new Mini Cooper EV from the team at Mini at MAG. From the moment my wife and walked onto the lot, the sales associate was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. I forgot his name, but he was extremely knowledgeable about all things Mini.
On our second visit, Jamal took the time to walk us through all the features of the Cooper EV and answer our many questions. He even arranged a thorough test drive that really sold me on the incredible driving dynamics and smooth, quiet performance of the EV powertrain. The thing is a rocket.
The rest of the staff we interacted with, from the finance team to the customer service representatives, were all friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make the purchase process simple and straightforward. There was never any pressure, just a collaborative effort to get us into the perfect vehicle.
The incentives and financing options offered on the Cooper EV were also very attractive. Between the tax credits, and competitive interest rates, I was able to get an incredible deal that fit my budget perfectly.
We are thrilled with our Mini EV, and I have to give a huge amount of credit to Jamal and the entire team at MAG Mini of Columbus for making the buying experience so seamless and enjoyable. I would happily recommend them to anyone in the market for a unique vehicle such as the Mini.
