They need a new phone system to get a hold of someone in service.
3% surcharge on credit card at a car dealership is practically unheard of. Not cool
The actual work on the car was good. Service manager was really nice.

Had the best dealership experience here. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with enthusiasm and kindness from Thomas. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our Ferrari experience was amazing. We recently purchased a 720S and left Ferrari wishing we had met Thomas and visited sooner. Just had the best dealership experience of all time with Thomas at Ferrari Dublin. He took a lot of time to show us around the whole facility and was extremely friendly, generous, and knowledgeable about the product and made us feel at home. Genuinely amazing experience. Thanks Thomas!

Recently my friend and I decided to go check out the new Ferrari building MAG just finished. We werent dressed up and obviously had no intentions on purchasing anything. We were immediately greeted by Tomasz, a sharp clean Ferrari representative happy to see us. My friend and I were blown away when instead of shooing us out with a broom as expected, he procceeded to give us a tour of the new building, detail by detail. He spent a sizeable amount of time with us.After the tour was completed, I asked why he would bother spending time with us? I was blown away. He said he was in our shoes once, and only wanted to give back an experience he wished he had in the past.Ive been in the customer service industry for a while. Tomasz not only showed a more than perfect example of a dealer representative, he has a customer for life. If anyone is looking for a new car, ask for him and im sure you wont be dissapointed.

Finally was able to purchase my luxury car! Obtained an amazing deal on a CPO Audi Q5. In addition, I did invest with the add ons as this will be the car that I shall retire with. The service received was excellent and would recommend this dealership.

I can’t imagine a better place to purchase a car. The customer service is second to none. I had been looking for a Porsche Cayenne for a while, with no luck finding exactly what I wanted anywhere close to home. I expanded my online search and found the one. A phone call and a few emails later the Porsche was just waiting for me to make the trip to the dealership, sign the forms forms, and drive it home. After a 13 hour overnight road-trip on a greyhound bus Shawn Sheppard picked us up and brought me to my Porsche. Knowing that we were probably hungry and tired Shawn had breakfast and an energy drink waiting for each of us. Through the entire process we were not rushed. We toured the facility, looked at a few dream cars, walked through the service area and went over all the features of my Porsche before signing the papers and taking ownership. Midwestern Auto Group, MAG Porsche, Shawn Sheppard and Rich Allen followed through on every promise they made. Shawn has called a couple times to see how my Porsche was doing and to see if I had any questions. He even called me on my birthday just to say hello and congratulate me. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and never had a dealership make me feel as if I were family. Thank you Midwestern Auto Group, And Shawn for guiding me though the purchase of my first Porsche. I look forward to the next one.

Over priced service. I don't recommend this place at all. You should go to Kelly if you want to buy a BMW.

I am incredibly disappointed with how my situation has been handled. My husband and I bought our vehicle from here in June and rolled our registration and plates into the loan because they said that was our only option(we were moving out of state to Georgia then). They said they'd be mailed to us by the end of July. It's November and still nothing. We were told the person who handled our transaction is no longer there so we spoke to someone in sales(said he'd call us back he has not)and have left voicemails for the head of finance and still nothing. The cost is not a small amount and we desperately need to get this resolved asap but have had zero help. We love our vehicle and everyone was helpful up until this situation which is why it's so disappointing.

After years of being a Ford & Honda family and 40 years of dealing only with two dealerships for vehicle purchases and service, we ventured out of our comfort zone and looked at Volvo. After weeks of lot shopping and internet research, we decided to start with our hometown dealer, MAG Volvo. When we arrived, we were greeted by Justin Snowden who answered every question and look care of every need. Although we were expecting to purchase new, we were shown a 2019 Volvo Certified that was in perfect condition and low miles. It was competitively priced, meeting the market research we had conducted for cars that we not factory certified. The purchase experience was second to none. Everything was handled promptly and with wonderful customer service. There were no surprises nor did they attempt to needlessly "upsell" us on other add-ons. Rick in the finance department was great to work with as well. Just a kind, straightforward guy who made the experience pleasant. Carlos oversaw the entire transaction and provided wonderful customer service as well. We felt like we were in good hands from start to finish. We were in no hurry to purchase and would have walked away if we felt we were oversold, pressured or ignored/dismissed. None of that happened at MAG Volvo. Thanks to MAG for having the best staff and the best selection/options.
