Took my car in for a stripped oil plug, they charged me 200.00 for a walk around video that I didn’t ask for , then charged me 4 hrs labor after I was quoted for 2. 1200.00 for a stripped oil plug. Go somewhere else folks.

My pregnant sister traveled 10+ hours to trade in her card that was in mint condition to receive a lemon. She had been told that the car was certified and backed by BMW but, she slowly found this to be untrue after having to go through maintenance the first day back home- spending an additional $400+. She has since wanted them to take the car back and the return of her recently traded car. They said this would not be possible. The car's maintenance history was pretty extensive and this was never disclosed to my sister. Being that she bought a certified car from BMW and had great service, she thought nothing of it. Lance Thompson and Pedro should be ashamed of themselves. My sister is pregnant and needed a car to welcome a new addition to her family. I'm happy we found out sooner rather than later. This dealership is dishonest. If you can find another dealership, please do so! Beware if you are buying from out of state, this car was not regularly serviced by BMW in 4 years but, sold as a certified pre-owned BMW?! Damages were not seen on pictures online but, when received -damages were visible. When she tried to get her trade back, they accused her of damaging the car on her journey back home. My sister thank God took pictures before leaving. They also bribed her to not leave a bad review that maybe they'll consider reimbursing the $400+ maintenance cost.

This place repeatedly told us they would call us within certain time ranges, and they hadn't followed through with any of it. They don't respond to emails at all. They keep telling us our car is ready, but then when we go to pick it up there are some pretty obvious things wrong with it, that weren't problems before (tons of burning oil, various indicator lights on, etc). It takes at least an hours drive to get there, and we often have to plan around work and other things to make it happen, so it's pretty important the car is actually repaired when we take the time to pick it up. All in all was a ridiculous experience. I waited in the parking lot for over 40 minutes to pick up the supposedly fixed car. They do not do what they say and say what they do. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The worst communication with a dealership I have ever experienced. Originally diagnosed my vehicle with a dozer valve issue. $1200 estimate. The part arrives, they fix it, re-run the diagnostics on it and go to see if the code clears and after I call back for again, I am told and I quote "well we knew there was a thermostat code on the original diagnostic, but thought the dozer valve would clear it." NO disclosure AT ALL on the thermostat issue the first time around. Last week I was told another $700 to fix the thermostat. It is a week later and still no vehicle, 2 weeks in total. No offer of a loaner car, no communication, constant excuses and quite honestly I will NEVER refer any business to this dealership and I have many friends and co-workers that drive BMW's. Should have listened to my dealership friend and went to Kelly.

I did all my oil change here with free multiple points check. But recently charged inspection fee for it even they offered free multiple points check with oil check, not very convinced, but understand they are in difficult time.Later found my coolant extension tank leaking and fixed it. Billed diagnosis fee $130+, which normally should included in the service cost, isn't it?AnywayThe recent experience also reminds that years ago, I asked their help to put the cv boot clamps on, because I didn't have the tool. They put one piece clamp on and charged me $170 plus. Then I found out, they forgot the other side, and requested they put another one and they charged me again, Jesus crazy?
