I purchased a new Audi from this dealership just less than 3 years ago. HUGE MISTAKE. After this period, I have less than 21k on the odometer. I have been having a recurring issue, that EVERY single time I turn on the a/c or defroster, it smells like mildew or spoiled milk.I called to request service, and after placing me on hold for over 7 minutes…the service lady (maybe it was man but sounded super feminine) came back on to tell me it’s not warranted. No bother to have the vehicle looked at, only an offer to buy another product to help mitigate the smell. Vehicle is WELL WITHIN warranty. Buyer beware!! No much of a surprise that the dealership rating is less than 3 stars.

The guys here at Audi MAG are awesome. Sam helped me and my family get our first ever SUV and he was an amazing help and gave my Fiancé a better understanding on everything in the vehicle. This was my first experience with MAG Audi and definitely a good one. I made an appointment for 7:30 and got right in. I was waiting for routine service, so brought a book. Didn’t get to read much as they were quite efficient. Sent me a video link so the mechanic could show what he was doing. Even washed my car.

I am done with Audi of Dublin and MAG. They are passing along credit card transaction fees to their customers. It is a cost of doing business that most businesses absorb. They are not a small business; they are a large car dealer with large margins. The fees they get charged are surely under 3% so they are even making money on those fees!

Just an update to the 5 starts! Josh and his service team continue to bring top quality customer service. My recent service experience was outstanding. Corryne had me all set up - scheduled quickly, a loaner car, checked me in and got me on the way.Thanks folks……………..The service department at MAG Audi deserves recognition. Their attention to detail and customer interaction is, indeed, 5 star. Regular service intervals put me in contact with them frequently. My vehicle is always clean and ready to go and I am confident that I have all of the information about the condition of my Audi. My most recent service was handled by Nathan and he was friendly, efficient, and kept me updated.

Josh Gutmore, Audi service advisor, is the best. He makes sure of every last little detail is handled right the first time. He's always a pleasure to see. I have known service techs, Alan and Brian, for years and I can always count on seeing them with a smile. They take pride in their work.

Bought a car straight cash deal from out of state IL with no tax being collected.No issues with vehicle or dealership as a whole, however service could be improved.I needed them to print me one extra document to help me with the taxes for an insurance payout and never received anything.Would have been nice if someone could have taken 10 minutes out of their day to send over a quick document to assist someone who purchases a vehicle at their dealership, but it is what it is.

Nice dealership. We've purchased vehicles (though not Audi) from MAG in the past. Honest salespeople a plus. They had the vehicle we were looking for. Our salesperson for the second time is Nolan Hawkins and he was outstanding.

Had a pre purchase inspection done.We are very pleased with the whole procedure. Recommend Corryne Birchall for your service. Whole inspection took 2 hours, which is exactly what we paid for. Received video from the tech and documented copy. Drove 3 hours home with peace of mind, it is a 2020 Audi A5 coupe. Recommend Audi of Dublin(MAG Audi) highly!

Took in my 2013 A4 for various issues I was quoted for at another shop. Nearly $1k for inspection and a new battery. Issue didn't get fixed. Called to set up another appointment, S.A. told me they would pay for a tow, and I never heard back again. I left several messages, never got a returned call, called during weekdays and my calls never reached an advisor. Car is inoperable now due to losing coolant, which MAG Audi said wasn't happening. Find a diff shop that cares about more than your money.
