IF YOU EVER BUY SOMETHING SIGNIFICANT AT THIS STORE--you had better hold on to your receipt. I brought a weed Wacker from here not too long ago and the throttle is already malfunctioning AND the trimmer head thing is also not working. I know that it is too late for a return but I just wanted to check options...like...is the stupid evil annoying useless thing...still under warranty? I wanted to see if they could look up my receipt because I no longer have it. Well....even if a consumer can provide the credit card on which it was purchased...I was told that they needed the date on which it was purchased to look up the receipt. Uuuuuugh! SO annoying and pathetic. If Meijer grocery store can easily find a way to look up any of my past receipt receipts...which the staff there has done for me before...it's pretty pathetic that Lowe's cannot do the same. The people at Lowes were very nice but to me I think that it's pretty lame that they don't have an easy way to look up receipts by consumers using a name and/or credit card. To me it is especially significant (and surprising!) that they don't offer this process...because they sell so many big ticket items! I guess that I have learned a very annoying lesson to hold on to receipts if an item is expensive. Again the staff was very nice...but I am disgusted at some of their lame procedures. No way to treat veterans and/or single mothers. Now I have to go buy ANOTHER stupid weed wacker...but THIS time I will purchase from Home Depot. Update: I went to The Home Depot ...a very nice young lady named Olivia helped me to unlock the gate thing and get a very nice...super lightweight ?...new battery operated weed Wacker. I am so excited to use because it feels like it weights substantially less than the other useless evil thing that broke so quickly that I got from Lowe's. ? And while I was there I also picked up more work gloves and a few other things.

I love the Lowe's brand, however, their inventory control operation needs some serious upgrades! Don't rely on on-line inventory figures to be anywhere near accurate. Recently went to 3 different stores searching for a birdbath that each was supposed to carry in stock. None had a single one even though the inventory showed they did! Get it together Lowe's!!!

Have enjoyed Lowe’s from a bearable semi responsible corporation (at least I think) but this location has unfortunately went down in terms of customer service.
Folks back in lumber are usually helpful if found to help with cuts and such.
Front reps, never have a register stationed by an employee. And when the person at self checkout can’t figure out how to ring you up, you get sent over to customer service where a young lady with colorful acrylics yells at you for not using self check out.
Not worth the hassle to rescue plants and buy some pots. More to come on my journey to better support small businesses.

Good store. It’s Lowe’s. I think everyone knows what to expect. Watch for good sales on appliances and one year same as cash financing with zero interest.

I mostly shop at Home Depot but come to Lowe's if HD doesn't have what I need. Usually, I search online to find the aisle and bay number of the item I want and then go directly there when I get to the store. It confuses me when I find that, at Lowe's, the outdoor section and the indoor section have identical aisle numbers. There should be only one numbering system, not two. Additionally, as has happened more than once, the online aisle and bay numbers do not actually represent what the onsite numbers are. This should be kept up-to-date. As a result, Lowe's is still my second choice.

Staff at the Pro desk were not helpful on 5/11/24. I needed help with ordering scaffolding. I was told there wasn't a scaffolding expert....well I knew the scaffolding I wanted but the lady had no interest in helping me place the order and was annoyed that I would be asking for help. I practically had to force her to look up the parts on the computer and by that time I just ended up leaving. I came to the store for additional help otherwise I would just order it myself online. You may as well replace her with a kiosk.

When you 1 st walk in there's 3 registers and 4 people talking to each other not doing anything but it's for returns only? Good use of your manpower. Then you go over to the checkouts and you have to use 1 of the self checkous with 1 person covering those? Weird use of your employees and customer service.

I will never EVER shop at the Dublin Lowe’s or any Lowe’s ever again. The lawn and garden manager disposes of active nests of bird species that are protected under the migratory bird act. Robins, mourning doves, finches. Disgusting. Shame on you Lowe’s
