So I'm not very "DIY" but I went here to see if I could come up with a new arrangement for my kitchen and turn my graded utility shelf into a kitchen appliances shelf. I walked in and was greeted by Nick and Shana. I explained I was not very good at DIY but what I needed. Nick was very patient and worked with me on trying to find a solution. Then I went back home to get one of the shelfs so we could compare properly. Upon return Shana also suggested some plastic liner that I would need to cut.. bottom line I took it and I did use it on 1 shelf. They were extremely helpful and professional. Thanks for the great service.

Thank you to Sandy!! I came in yesterday with a in store credit gift card that I was having a problem using because I had a totally new drivers license. When I was issued the credit, my old drivers license was recorded with it and I needed to show it to use it. She offered to contact someone in corporate to see if it could be reissued and it worked. Thank you for offering a solution. You told me it was not 100% going to happen but the important thing is that she offered a solution. That's customer service. Also I never heard that assistance is needed in the paint department recording. Is that gone? I hope so.

The young man working in lumber this afternoon could not have been less helpful. After asking the cashier at that end of the store which would be the best way for me to get assistance in locating the 1 x 4 x 10 cedar board I was looking for, she instructed me to speak with the gentleman who was working the saw, a young man with long, curly dark brown hair. After waiting for him to complete cutting another guests order, I asked him to help me with a 1 x 4 x 10 cedar board, at which point he instructed me to go to aisle 20, past the concrete. Long story short, after wandering the aisle for 20mins and calling my husband twice, I found what I needed - which was located directly across from the saw, where I started my journey. To make matters worse, the young man was simply sitting on a pile of wood, at the back of aisle texting when I re-approached the area. Additionally, there was another woman looking at cedar in aisle 20 while I was there, and she was not only blown off by this young man, but another gentleman as well. Worst customer service I have had in many years.

Order online and then curbside or in store pick up is always chaotic. Order is typically delayed. When you get there they look lost hunting for your item and it takes forever. It's a consistent experience so it's either the process or the training that's poor. Also I don't see a shopping cart corral within 50 yards of my spot. Where did they go?

Went to Lowe's today to get some fluorescent light bulbs for my basement. A great place to shop As they have just about everything and I always end up walking around getting ideas. In the summer time I'm always getting plants or bags of dirt and mulch . My go to place for paint

Shout out to Zach and Lucas for going above and beyond to help us! My sister and brother in law needed some bug repellent items that were on "buy back" - where the manufacturer re-purchases their items. The system still showed it in stock but we didn't see it on the shelves.Lucas located it in the system. It was in boxes above the shelves. Lucas promptly hopped on the forklift to retrieve the items. Both couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Awesome -- thanks!

We ordered a front door in June and we were told it would be installed in Oct. Due to COVID, we understood when it was late. They called with an installation date in Dec. we spent the day home waiting. No one showed up and no one called. We were told they accidentally gave us the wrong date.Door was installed in Jan. Walls around door were damaged and not fixed, doorknob was broken and didn't work within a week, and the door would randomly blow open throughout the day. We called and sent emails for 4 months before they sent someone out to fix. They kept telling us it was an issue with the Installers and we would have to communicate with them. We did not hire the installers, we hired Lowe's who should have taken accountability.

Ordered online, used the pick up/curbside. Employees carried out the microwave to our car. Super easy. Plenty of choices in stock
