This business is fine as long as you don’t expect them always be open during their normal posted business hours, don’t expect their phone numbers to work ( I say phone numbers because what’s listed on one of their websites gives one number, another website for them lists a different phone number and Google lists another completely different phone number- but none of them are in service) don’t want a receipt ( they send receipts via text message that never actually come) and don’t hope to get in contact with them about their return policy. I’ve been trying to reach them via the 3 phone numbers I’ve found listed in various places that are all disconnected, I’ve sent a Facebook message, I’ve sent 2/3 Instagram DM’s, replied to their story on IG asking for them to check my DM, used their contact us form and get a quote form on both of their websites— over the past two weeks and I’ve gotten not one response. I also tried calling them on Instagram since they are very active on IG, no answer. Lastly I went to the store today (their posted business hours indicate they are open on Mondays 11a-8p) and after driving across town to Tuttle mall, go figure— their lights were off, cages pulled over the entrance and no sign indicating when customers could expect them to re-open. This is just poor customer service and they desperately need to get their ish together before I would ever considering giving them my business again.

Came to this so called boutique in February and I didn’t realize they was about to close and she just stared at me. Then this (May 2021) time I was like ok let me try it again and she was talking to a couple I said hi and she didn’t even respond but she could have at least been like I’ll be with you. Rude and when I complained on Facebook the “manager” rudely said I was lying and called me out my name. Very unprofessional. It was 3 other women who on my post said they had the same experience. Would highly not recommend.

They were ride to my daughter for not having a mask. Them and the raggedy game store across the way are the only stores in the whole mall that said anything. I guess they don't like money. Thank the mayor when you go out of business

Wanting to support a black business I Traveled 45 minutes to Tuttle mall(and I never go to Tuttle )specifically to visit this store and it was closed . Very disappointed, The hours listed on the website clearly shows Monday as being open for business . If the store isn’t open on Mondays I would suggest an update to business hours on the website . Also after getting a view of items through the window I would have liked to get on line and place an order . There are no option available for that .

Another satisfied customer this shop is definitely a place that I will be going alot more. I drove 2 hours to go to this boutique I was so amazed how well the customer service was she was extremely nice and helped try and find me everything I needed. The best part about this store that I absolutely love is that there's limited outfits ?...so when you out with your girls you don't have to worry about half the club wearing what you got on?. DEFINITELY WORTH a 2hour drive and I will be going back soon. I wish there were more stars to rate this store because this store needs to be known!!!
