I bought a new pair of prescription sunglasses from this LensCrafters location a few weeks ago. That experience was great! Lots of frames available, and the prescription lenses came back quickly. Service was helpful, fast, and pleasant. However, after a few weeks, the frames weren’t fitting properly so I stopped in for an adjustment. Priyanka did such an incredible job adjusting all aspects of my frames, really taking her time to ensure the fit was just right. Thank you! I won’t shop anywhere else for my glasses!

Optician Victoria Prince (Frantz Rd, Dublin, OH location) did an outstanding job helping me choose new glasses and taught me a great deal about eyeglasses, too. She was patient and thorough. I appreciate her and highly recommend her.

I am so happy I decided to stop here today because Kat was heaven sent. I came in to get my first pair of glasses and am very indecisive. She did not rush me at all and took the time to break everything down for me. She analyzed my face shape, my skin tone and even the position of my eyes to help me choose the best frame. She made me feel welcomed and very comfortable when I would normally not be. I actually ended up choosing a completely different style than I would have normally chosen and I’m super excited about it. I will absolutely be coming back for more frames in the future. Go see Kat here and she will make sure you leave with the perfect glasses!

I came in with an issue with the string on the bottom of my lenses. Victoria was fantastic and fixed it for me in a couple of minutes and they're back to perfect.
Can't thank you enough Victoria and Lens Crafters is always the best!

Dr. Thumm was excellent. Explained everything he was looking at. Victoria Prince, our licensed optician, was great. She helped us choose our glasses and made us feel very comfortable. Excellent store. Will definitely go there again.

Great experience.
I had a great experience at this store. When I first arrived, Sarah, the assistant manager, warmly welcomed me and guided me through my options for frames, lenses, and insurance benefits. After making my selection, she introduced me to Tori. Tori walked me through the finalization of my order and taught me more about my glasses than I had previously known. Additionally, Erin, the manager, was very courteous, professional, and enthusiastic! What an experience! Thanks guys!

I had accidentally received an incorrect prescription a little over a year ago and I just found out about it recently at an eye appointment that one of the lenses was incorrect.
When I reached out, it took a few phone calls as I called after the managers hours that day, but I was able to reach Erin, the store manager, who heard the frustration I had and was able to reach out to upper management and call me back. She informed me that they could approve a free pair to be made with the correct prescription to make up for the mistake. She even let me switch it to sunglasses of a different style, and I will receive the new pair of sunnies within a week!
