This is one of those instances where 0 stars should be allowed. Checked in with the front desk after checking in at the kiosk to make sure I did everything correct. Waited 45 minutes to be called back only to be told to return when my daughter was not with me. my daughter was at the counter when I checked in 45 minutes prior. I didn't even complain to the person sending me away but when I asked "was this known that my daughter couldn't be here when I checked in?" she got her manager instantly, realizing the screw up. He was extremely rude and condescending saying signs are posted but could not show me the sign he was referring to.

Quick, prompt and great customer service. I was in and out under 15 minutes!

I first came here about a month ago and the person drawing my blood didn't ask me to confirm my name or date of birth. Also, I got there about half an hour before closing and the closed sign was up and the lights were off, making me think they'd closed early. Turns out whoever opened after lunch never flipped the sign. Then I went back a few days ago for more blood work and the person at the front desk seemed irritated when I expressed I didn't see why I had to put my card on file to be charged after insurance. I'm not comfortable having my card charged without knowing my actual balance after insurance. I understand they give you the estimate which is appreciated, but I know my estimate was too high because my insurance deductible and out of pocket were both met. Then the person who drew my blood took the needle out before taking the turnicate off. I feel like they need to revisit best practices for phlebotomy with their employees. Also, after my first visit, I received an email link to a survey. I did not receive a survey invite this time, so either their system updated and they no longer do those, or they didn't send me one because they knew it would have negative feedback.

Fat lady with the orange hair and fake blue contacts has no customer service skills and needs a new job riding on the back of a garbage truck because her attitude was TRASH. She was rude and less than one minute in the bathroom she tells me through the door I need to come out and when I didn’t respond (because I was still urinating for the drug screen), she knocks on the door and tells me to come out of the restroom! I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service during an employment drug screen. If a future employer uses them, I’ll be sure to decline the position.

I had to come here for pre-employment drug screen and the big lady had a horrible attitude and lacked people skills. She was rude and rushed me out of the restroom while I was providing the sample. She was very unprofessional and needs to be fired since she is not qualified to work with the public.

Walked in and there was no one waiting, signed in at the kiosk and they took me back in just a few minutes. Fast and painless.

Had a great draw by Kendra today. She was friendly, confident, and efficient. I needed nine tubes; however, she put me at ease and had me registered, labs drawn, and on my way in less than 20 minutes. When someone is excellent at their job, I like to acknowledge that.

The staff was very nice. I am a hard stick and Amber was able to get my vein with no problem. She was very helpful and friendly as well.

Rude staff. One particular woman was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not to mention they stuck me multiple times and did not follow safety protocol when drawing blood. I have used this location before and did not experience this but I will not be going back.

Meeka is hands down the best I have ever been to. The first time I came to her I was covered in stick marks from a doctor's office who could not get blood from me. I am a notoriously impossible draw. Meeka got me in and out in less than 5 minites and got blood on the first try. I now refuse to go anywhere else. I had to go every 2 weeks for a while and would ask for her everytime. I was actually sad when my medical team cleared me and said I wouldn't need blood work anymore! I have told everyone I know to go to this location. Whatever this place is paying her, they need to double it.

I'm actually super surprised this place had a low rating. Bc of the rating I saw I wasn't expecting much but..... Amber who was at the front desk was professional when I walked in. Gave instructions on the check in process. Not only did she multitask 3 check ins within the 30 minutes before closing she also managed to do my clinical work too. All while being very pleasant! I hate needles and the blood draw didnt even hurt. She's fabulous. Will definitely be coming here for any additional lab work that's needed

We had left home without my knee scooter and was told by the girl at the front desk they did not have a wheelchair there. We went back home and got the knee scooter and returned. Amber was then at the front desk. She recognized my husband from earlier and apologized, stating they did have a wheelchair, but the other person did not know. Amber asked why I was there. My situation is a little sensitive, but Amber was very discreet. She put me at ease, and she was so helpful since I was on a knee scooter. She was very polite and I will definitely go back to see Amber again.
