Kroger Marketplace is a large grocery store that offers thousands of food and household products from popular brands. Customers can find fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, and a variety of home goods and pharmaceuticals, making it a convenient one-stop shopping spot for savings. The store is often praised for its clean and well-stocked shelves, which helps shoppers find what they need easily. Many customers appreciate the friendly staff, especially those working in produce, bakery, deli, meat, dairy, and sushi sections, who go above and beyond to provide good service. The store also features a Starbucks inside, allowing shoppers to enjoy a drink while browsing. However, some shoppers have experienced issues with stock levels, especially with produce and bakery items, which are not always restocked regularly. Others have raised concerns about pricing problems, noting that checkout can be fast and sometimes lead to overcharging. Digital coupons and grouped item deals can complicate prices, and there have been reports of frequent overcharging that require customer service to resolve. Despite these issues, many customers find that rewards programs help them save money, and they continue shopping at Kroger for its selection and service. The pharmacy at Kroger is highly rated, providing timely notifications when medications are ready and offering reminders. Overall, Kroger Marketplace remains a popular shopping destination, though some customers feel it has declined in recent years compared to its past reputation for better prices and service.
I know it’s hard to hire people these days, but come on. Your shelves often have gaping holes and are not restocked. Produce is a serious weekly problem on restock. Bakery often has little selection, downgraded sizes/quality with upgraded prices. From a weekly shopper, you are seriously trending down.

8pm Friday night. 4 self checkouts open and a line halfway into the chip aisle. If you won't pay people, at least turn on the self checkout machines. And why only door open? Second worst Kroger in Dublin.
October 2024
Why are there only five self-checkout lanes open when there's like 30 people waiting to be checked out?
