Just got back home from buying some clothes. Place is decently kept, not a lot of variety on items but it’s ok. My 1 star is for the customer service. Cashiers have been really rude to me the last 2 times I have been there. Today was the worst! I asked cashier to clarify the price for some jeans I bought and she was straight rude to me. Poor, poor customer service.

Our cashier was kind and helpful. We found some things we liked. The line looked long, but it went fast. I don't like the way they do their sales racks. There's no order at all.

I went in the store to get the Tex-Gear split hem sweatshirt …. Which I found right away and also purchased a hooded sweatshirt. Both are a great weight for the colder weather….and nice a cozy, too. The price was great and I was out of there in no time.

While in Kohl's Sawmill Rd yesterday around noon, I needed assistance and was directed to a cashier for help. The cashier was very rude and when I made her aware of how rude she was being she tried to explain why she was being rude, which was not acceptable, nor warranted.Then there were other customers waiting in line as two other cashier held a loud conversation in another language for a few minutes before assisting anyone, that customer looked very irritated.COME ON KOHL'S DO BETTER!!!!

I would give them a 0 if I could. I live an hour from the store and did a pickup order. Get all the way home and 3 of my 4 items have security tags on them. Called corporate and the store and they both told me “there is nothing we can do since it’s a pickup order” is the customer service and the system that bad ?!?! Highly DO NOT recommend this store or at least do not recommend doing a pickup order. They tell me I have to drive back to return them, that’s a 2 hour drive for your mistake ?

We live in the apartment complex behind Kohl's. Every night around 10pm without fail the alarm goes off. Not a big deal most nights it's just a for a second. Tonight it's going on for 5 minutes.

It's great for Amazon returns. But my adidas is not right from there. Always something wonky with their stuff like it wasn't made well & they're aware it wasn't the same quality.

This place used to be great 3-4 years back. It went downhill and now back to being good. They have good collections now. Especially for kids shoes and bags. Men suits and coats are also good. You can consider shopping here especially if you have Kohls card or online account as you will be getting Kohl's cash or coupons often in your email.

The check out was very well moving forward.I would like to think the shoe department needs made over . No room to look at anything and things are not in such good order . The sale shoes are or were yesterday a mess .

I ordered items online for in-store pickup. I got an email saying to pick up my items at customer service. I got to Kohls and the woman working customer service rudely and loudly told me that I needed to pick up my items at the back of the store via self pickup (next to Amazon returns) and that they moved all pickup items to the back about a month ago. I’m familiar with this process (I’m a Kohls cc holder & frequent Kohls shopper), HOWEVER, I never received a self pickup email with a pickup pass (you can’t do self pickup without a pass). The email I did receive stated that I needed to pick up my items from customer service. I tried to explain this to the woman at customer service, however, she dismissed me and repeated herself while pointing to the back of the store.I walked over to the back of the store to see if anyone could help, however, there weren’t any workers near self pickup (besides the man at Amazon returns - there was a line of people waiting for him).I walked out of the store and called Kohls customer service to cancel my pickup order. I’ll never step foot into the Kohls Dublin location ever again.
