Even though the store has a lot of inventory and many needed objects, there is no service whatsoever. There is nobody to help a check out. You can’t speak with an associate. The inventory was poorly placed, and we had to hunt all over for things. The service is poor. However, the store does have a good inventory. If you have someone to help you find what you’re looking for.

The re-design of the store on Sawmill is H O R R I B L E to say the least!!! Having returns and checkouts in ONE line??? Unacceptable. Took me an hour last night to make a purchase and a return. Plus, I had to cart my return items (which filled my cart!) all around the store while shopping cause there was NO WAY I was standing in that long line twice!!
Yes, I realize it's that busy time of year but even prior to Christmas season making a return was a nightmare.
Sorry Kohl's. You lost a customer on this one!

Prices on racks don’t match the register. I stopped shopping here when I found out their “sales” are a scam to get you to buy stuff at regular price thinking it’s a deal. Since they do not even honor those sales posted in letters bigger than the clothes. That is too big of a scam and I will not ever go back. Kohl’s you should be ashamed.

Someone needs to check their merchandising at Sephora. I was searching for a particular brand & product and I found boxes that were supposed to be new and the product inside had been used or tried out! It’s a mess. If Sephora isn’t part of Kohls, it’s giving them a bad name. Big mess!!!

Lots of great options but no one to assist shoppers with questions. Check out is a mess. Go on a weekday, avoid peek shopping hours unless you are very patient.

Very rude employees no customer service number to make a complaint. I was returning an Amazon package and the associate was so rude to me. After waiting behind a customer that had 3 or 4 returns.I was told I had to move aside so he can help someone else because I had 2 and did not have them both completed. He took my items and removed them from the counter and told me I had to move. The customer in front of me did all they're returns standing at the counter. Why should I have to step aside and get back in line? The time he spent arguing with me telling me I needed to move and he was going to help someone else I completed the return. It makes me question if I should shop at kohl's or even amazon anymore.

Put this store out of its misery and close it. RUDE associates, teens snorting something in Sephora aisles, Sephora messy and unclean, and as I watched people openly stuff merchandise into their clothing, even lifting shorts to do so (males), I realized it's time. The whole neighborhood has tanked. And why, with theft so rampant, did someone in upper management decide it was a good idea to add all kinds of goodies for people to slip into pockets while they are standing in line waiting to pay?

Disaster waiting, Kohls has registers at on set of doors only, and one very long line that snakes back and forth with on a slow day 10 people waiting cuzz they seemed to never have enough folks working the registers. Guess what Xmas is going to do to that set up....um yell
