Went into the Jos. A. Banks in Dublin this afternoon. Well, Jos. A. Banks has sure changed! Nobody got up to help me…they were all busy doing something else; not customers. When someone finally shouted to see if I needed help, a guy walked over, obviously preoccupied with what he was doing. I was looking for a pair of pleated & cuffed 100% cotton casual pants like the other 6 pair I have from them. I need a new pair of Navy pants. “We have very little selection of cotton casual pants” he said. He told me where to look and went back to his busy work. When I couldn’t find anything like I wanted, he looked up to help. He walked over to some pants and showed me some polyester dress pants. I said “that’s not what I’m looking for” and he said “that’s all we have.” I said thanks and walked out. He didn’t seem to care. This happened a few months ago when my wife was looking for a gift. They used to be the most helpful men’s store I have ever shopped at. It won’t be long before they are out of business.

Rented the tuxes for my wedding here, overall smooth process. Removed stars because Jos A Bank will try to avoid giving the credit promised for using them for rentals. When we originally signed up to rent, they promised that the grooms suit would be complimentary with more than 5 other renters in the group. We had 7, but when the wedding came the deal changed to a $200 credit that was awarded for a future shopping spree, and 2 months later when we were emailed the credit it was for $50 and expired in 3 months. Wouldn't recommend if you are trying to get a good deal.

My husband and I went to the store today to use a discount we earned when renting suits for our wedding. There was some issues in using the discount but Trevana went above and beyond to help figure out! Best costumer service we have ever received.

I was dreading getting a suit, but the experience was unexpectedly pleasant. Amy was extremely helpful and immediately found a suit I liked. The store was nice, had a good selection, and had very reasonable prices. Completely changed my view on shopping for a suit.

I had bought several items on line and was denied returning them in-store. I took me entirely way to much to talk them into allowing me to return all my items and nit just the few they picked and chose to return. Didn't like that one bit.

I went in not sure what to think I was thinking I would run into a pushy salesperson. Not even close. Amy was the sweetest nicest person I couldn't be more pleased. She took her time and had me try on several outfits that fit me very well. She was so patient and kind and knowledgeable and pointed out sale items. You have earned a customer for life. If you go in ask for Amy you will be be glad that you did.

This was a terrible experience. Was fitted suit as a groomsmen 30 days before the wedding. Had it set up to be delivered to a location in Rochester hills Michigan thinking it might take two weeks to get ready and shipped which would give me sufficient time to try it on and make any necessary adjustments with out having to worry about a time crunch. 21 days after getting fitted I’ve received no communication on the status of my suit. Called the store location it supposed to be delivered to everyday the week of the wedding and was just told each time “ it’s still not in yet.”I was told your company guarantees delivery two days before the event so I went to the store and was again informed it hasn’t arrived. I had chosen this store because I live 4 hours away from the event. Coming to the store the day before the wedding and being told it isn’t ready when I had to be on the road heading to another state for the rehearsal was extremely disappointing and infuriating. The suit was finally delivered the day of the wedding. The first time was able to try anything on was merely a few hours before the event. To add insult to injury the store representative who released the items to me thought it would be funny to tell me “ you're running behind huh” after stressing to them the wedding was on this day.The final straw was being told that I still had to pay almost additional $40.00 to take the suit after I had paid in full 31 days prior. At the end of the day I paid nearly $250 for anxiety, contemplating not being able to stand up in my brothers wedding, and to be laughed at an accused of my mismanaging my time by your company personnel after doing my due diligence and being fitted over a month before the wedding. Myself and the other groomsmen will never be doing business with this company again, that’s how bad our experience has been.

Terrible service. We were there for 10 minutes browsing suits. No other customers, two people working. No one greeted us when we came in or ever acknowledged we were there. Found a suit that might have worked but left due to lack of service.

Justin C. is an excellent sales associate and has wonderful fashion taste! My husband was in need of a modern suit for an upcoming friend's wedding (not part of the wedding party, but something semi-formal.) Because the wedding is during the day and on a Sunday, Justin C. suggested my husband try on a vest and long-sleeve shirt, suit pants and designer half boots to see if the outfit combination met our expectations. My husband looked amazing because of Justin C's fashion sense, so we bought all of it, suit jacket too. Here's the bummer news...Unfortunately, the suit jacket and pants needed to be altered, but the store's tailor is located in Atlanta, GA, which was not told to us when we bought the merchandise. We had to return the suit today because it won't be done in time for the wedding, something the store was surprised to learn after checking the status of our order. The store manager and regional manager worked so hard to meet our deadline, but no luck. We kept everything else on our receipt (vest, long-sleeve shirt, swanky boots.) it's a total bummer because the suit is gorgeous. IMPORTANT ADVICE: Do not use Jos A Bank for alterations. The dependency to have it shipped from Columbus, OH to Atlanta, GA is too great of a risk. Again, this is nothing against the Dublin, OH store. Thomas the store manager, Justin C., and all associates with whom we spoke over the phone were exceptional, kind and willing to help us. The clothing is modern, good selection of merchandise, and we will shop at this store again. Justin C. is seriously an amazing sales person, tried his best to help us, and should not be faulted.

I had called ahead asking about a sweater being in stock-it was so I drove there 5 people were working and one man pointed to the sweater. I was obviously looking around. Not one employee came over and offered to help. I tried various things on-I was left completely unattended while the staff was joking with each other. Never have ai felt so invisible as a customer ANYWHERE. Absolutely will not go back

Awful customer experience. The first time we went we were in the store over an hour while they tried to figure out how to fit my husband (which came back wrong) and save the information in the system, we were then told to come back another time. We would not have come back but had to due to needing the suit for a wedding party. Once receiving the suit and wearing it for 2 hours, the pants ripped. The store REFUSED to replace to refund and instead charged my husband $70 so he could get new pants and have a complete set again. We will not be back. Dont waste your time or money

Amy was amazing! She is very down to earth and accommodating. She explained all the different styles and designs to me and my fiancé who are not the fanciest of people. We purchased a very nice suit for our upcoming wedding!She kept a cool demeanor and went above and beyond for us - despite the store being quite busy with only her and another employee. I researched the CEO/executive salaries, this company could certainly afford to staff another employee at this location.Would also have loved if the store had carried more color variety of suits in stock, Amy helped us order a custom vest online which was awesome but it would have been nice to see interesting colors in store.You have some wonderful employees working for you, show them some love and help them out ?

We came in to check out suit/tux options for my son because he has an upcoming dance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Miss Trevana was super nice and took some measurements for us and Thomas amazed us because the first suit he pulled fit my son perfectly (and we hadn't even given him the measurements)!! He just "eyeballed" it after he looked at my ridiculously tall thin son! ? Either way...thanks to this great hard working knowledgeable staff for the great customer service and friendly smiles ...both of which were extra impressive because they were all working hard on Labor day.

Went in today to get my custom suit tailored for my upcoming wedding. The gentleman working at the front desk was super helpful and knew exactly what I meant when it came to how I wanted my suit to fit. Was very pleased with how quick and easy the experience was!

Son has his information on file for his October wedding. Older son measured and given pants 10inches too large to try on as well as the wrong pants!Second attempt 4 inches too large. Walked out thank God since the $119.00 a pair pants were the wrong ones!!!Will be shopping offline and advising all the other groomsmen to do the same.No idea what her name was as no name tags. But horrible!
