Never have I purchased a suit from a clothier straight off the rack and had it fit. I thought for a moment I had on August 10 when I acquired the suit for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. Thanks to the snag in the jacket, I found out differently. I took the suit back the next day and asked for an exchange. The gentleman who was working that day actually fit me for a size 48R instead of the 50L they let me walk out with the day before or the 50R I would have been happy with. My new jacket needed to be let out and we scheduled the alterations. It seemed the day was saved. I would get my suit back altered and pressed and I would like Jos A. bank having not heard good things about them.
Flash forward six weeks. I go in to pick up my suit two days earlier than expected on a Friday evening. I tried it on and the fit was okay, but I don’t think it was as good as it could have been. No matter. I need to lose a few more pounds anyway. As I looked things over, it did not at all appear that the suit had even been pressed. There were wrinkles in the pants like they had been recently worn for a day and wrinkles in the jacket like it had sat carelessly folded for several days. The person, who originally let me walk out with a misfit suit assured me that they would re press and I could pick it up the following Monday. This evening upon picking up the suit, it was apparent that had either not been pressed, or, based on the persons explanation that “they don’t have the same equipment as a dry cleaners,” very poorly and carelessly pressed. To have the suit pressed again, which was offered, would be a huge inconvenience for me to come back a third day for something that should have been done correctly the first time.
You might get a nice suit at a good price, but you’ll not likely get the service you deserve.

Stopped in with my sons to buy suits for them. Salesperson seemed very uninterested in helping and seemed to be guessing at sizes.

Staff was very disrespectful and hard understanding. I will never be back this was my first time being a new customer and I’m very disappointed. Amy the store manager need to be replace! Western was very hard hearing and made fun of my speech problems.

First time I went in there the guy helping me sized me way too big. Was getting fitted for my wedding and wanted to look fitting. They even charged me extra for the components of the traveler's suit on accident. I asked for Amy to help me and she fixed the extra charges as well as resized me. Good deal for traveler's suit but service was okay.

I just love going here. Highly underrated they have excellent quality suits for the local professional as well as the traveling professional staff is always super friendly and very helpful. Just know that the tailoring can take a little time during the busy season and you won’t be disappointed I really love what they have here.

Went into the Jos. A. Banks in Dublin this afternoon. Well, Jos. A. Banks has sure changed! Nobody got up to help me…they were all busy doing something else; not customers. When someone finally shouted to see if I needed help, a guy walked over, obviously preoccupied with what he was doing. I was looking for a pair of pleated & cuffed 100% cotton casual pants like the other 6 pair I have from them. I need a new pair of Navy pants. “We have very little selection of cotton casual pants” he said. He told me where to look and went back to his busy work. When I couldn’t find anything like I wanted, he looked up to help. He walked over to some pants and showed me some polyester dress pants. I said “that’s not what I’m looking for” and he said “that’s all we have.” I said thanks and walked out. He didn’t seem to care. This happened a few months ago when my wife was looking for a gift. They used to be the most helpful men’s store I have ever shopped at. It won’t be long before they are out of business.

Rented the tuxes for my wedding here, overall smooth process. Removed stars because Jos A Bank will try to avoid giving the credit promised for using them for rentals. When we originally signed up to rent, they promised that the grooms suit would be complimentary with more than 5 other renters in the group. We had 7, but when the wedding came the deal changed to a $200 credit that was awarded for a future shopping spree, and 2 months later when we were emailed the credit it was for $50 and expired in 3 months. Wouldn't recommend if you are trying to get a good deal.

My husband and I went to the store today to use a discount we earned when renting suits for our wedding. There was some issues in using the discount but Trevana went above and beyond to help figure out! Best costumer service we have ever received.

I was dreading getting a suit, but the experience was unexpectedly pleasant. Amy was extremely helpful and immediately found a suit I liked. The store was nice, had a good selection, and had very reasonable prices. Completely changed my view on shopping for a suit.

I had bought several items on line and was denied returning them in-store. I took me entirely way to much to talk them into allowing me to return all my items and nit just the few they picked and chose to return. Didn't like that one bit.
