Chris Held was so helpful and patient with my fiance and I’s design for my engagement ring! I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out and it’s all thanks to Chris not pushing us to make quick decisions and being willing to keep sending new sketches and ideas to the designers! it took longer than I’m sure they’re used to because we kept tweaking the design but little by little it came together and is absolutely PERFECT!

The experience I had here is unmatched. Matt and his team Chris and Elli were incredible! My now fiancé and I went and looked at engagement rings. I ended up buying the ring not long after. The sales were out of this world and the service was perfect. My fiancé even went back several times to get another ring cleaned and resized. It was so stressful knowing I had bought the engagement ring and didn’t want anyone to say anything but the team knew and didn’t slip up or anything. Couldn’t be happier with this specific team at this store. Not to mention the ring is stunning! 10/10.

Ellie was so helpful! She listened to what style we were looking for and brought some beautiful selections for us to choose from. We were suprised how her choices were right what we were interested in. We selected a beautiful setting and stone with no pressure. She was sensitive to our budget and helped us find something special that met our desires. She was knowledgeable, very personable and lovely to work with.

Worked with Matthew to buy two Diamond rings today. He was very knowledgeable with great energy. Can't wait for our rings to be completed by April. One suggestion: we spent over $7K and our receipts went into a plain white envelope. At least have the envelope personalized for Jared!

Courtney the general manager is a great person and helped me through the whole process. She did everything she could to make the sale go as smoothly as possible! Very knowledgeable and helpful, did not push the sale like others would. Definitely recommend the tuttle location!

Chris Held was amazing! My boyfriend and I came in to get an idea of what I would like for an engagement ring. He was extremely helpful and kind. He educated us on the different cuts of diamonds, carrots, and the colors. Multiple times he went and got different kinds of rings for me to try on. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw everything I wanted to see/try on. He made our trip extremely relaxing and fun! I’m so thankful for all he did to make our experience wonderful and for helping me find a ring I truly fell in love with.
