“I visited the store right at opening, was greeted immediately by Juan, and what an absolute bang up job he did in helping me. I had purchased an S24 ultra, the order had been totally botched by Verizon. It was a pre order, promised to me by 8 pm same day for a 15.00 charge. Didn't see the phone for 5 more days, order wasn't as promised. I walked in with the new phone still sealed in the shipped box in case I wanted to cancel it.
