Every bank teller I have had an encounter with at this location has all been extremely rude. A man who seemed to be a manager perhaps made me feel stupid over a simple miscalculation on my part when I was getting money order last Friday. There was a woman next to him that was also insanely rude and asked him if everything was okay. He said yes this girl has no idea what’s she’s talking about and is miscalculating her own money order. And they both chuckled As if I wasn’t standing right in-front of both of them. I’m not the best at math but that’s what a bank teller is there for! I have never felt so belittled in my life lol. Im 20 years old trying to figure life out, give me a break!

The teller and bank manager let me know that the check that I was trying deposit was fraud. The scammers got nothing.

Pretty solid bank. Just wanna say. I didnt appreciate how the black haired lady (wearing a choker) greeted everyone with a "Hi, welcome in. How can i help?" Except for me.When I came in she just stared at me rudely, I had to ask her to help me.You really should learn to treat everyone the same instead of picking and choosing who youre nice to.

We just wanted to acknowledge the great service we recently received from Jason Carder both times my wife and I went in to open a new account. He was very prompt, friendly, professional, efficient, and Jason also promptly returned my phone call from a voicemail message I'd left him when I had a question after one of our 2 meetings. I'd highly recommend Jason Carder to anyone who has any banking needs!

Very rude, arrogant staff. Had to make a deposit and I got a whole lecture and dirty looks from the teller because I had the audacity to not have my bills organized like she wanted from the start. “Do you normally bring them like this?” she said? It took her like 30 seconds to reorganize. I’m so, so sorry I made you do the bare minimum amount of effort.

I called many times to talk to someone never ever answer the phone,also I try to get SBA loan from them after one year they asked me a lot paperwork to show with long story to end they said sorry we can’t get you a loan. I’ll try to change my bank soon.
