Very rude, arrogant staff. Had to make a deposit and I got a whole lecture and dirty looks from the teller because I had the audacity to not have my bills organized like she wanted from the start. “Do you normally bring them like this?” she said? It took her like 30 seconds to reorganize. I’m so, so sorry I made you do the bare minimum amount of effort.

This is the WORST costumers service branch. Just don’t go. I’m LATINA this is the second time and last one to go to this branch The woman who take care of me was the same and with the same attitude of arrogance.

I called many times to talk to someone never ever answer the phone,also I try to get SBA loan from them after one year they asked me a lot paperwork to show with long story to end they said sorry we can’t get you a loan. I’ll try to change my bank soon.

We've been with Huntington for years, and so far like every aspect of their services, from loans to ATMs. This location is prominently located at Sawmill and 161. Access is a little funky, off the service road. And the ATM/drive-through setup is weird, in its own little island lot off to the side. Be alert, and pull into the first lane on the left if you're going there.Service, as with every other Huntington location, is friendly and fast. Their accounts are very competitive.

Used to be my favorite bank. Gotten very strange. I went to close one of my 3 accounts, brought ONLY the paperwork for this one account to the bank, and they closed another account. ATMs are a mess. Closed branches on OSU campus.

Deposited a check and was warned it could take up to 5 days for the check to clear. Okay no problem! However they locked my account, my debit card and said this was normal process while waiting for the check to clear! And I get it, somewhat new account, a check they've never seen.. but why deny me my money that was in my account before I deposited the check? Got declined when attempting to pay for dinner when I had out of town guests. Horrible practice and if locking cards is standard practice, they should at least hae a disclaimer to warn people! Closing my account ASAP.

I do not bank with Huntington and I definitely never will now. I went to their ATM to withdraw money. Their ATM machine took my debit card. Apparently they have absolutely no access to the ATM and told me that once a month someone will come by clear out the ATM and they throw out my debit card. My bank is out of state, I will not be able to have access to money for over a month. This is completely unacceptable!

All ATM deposits at this location have a 50% success rate. I plan on opening a Chase account soon and closing this one.Update many weeks later: this location is still garbage and can’t maintain their atms.

I came to this location after unsuccessfully getting help at another to open a new account. Jason helped clarify what I needed and how to get the info needed. One of the things needed, I was having trouble finding. So he provided an alternative option, and offered to have me email in the documents and he did the rest. Best account opening experience I’ve had. Thank you!

From off the bat when greeted at the door I could tel the woman did not want to assist me although I made a appointment. She showed me into her office and asked what was going on. My bank account had been negative when I got my stimulus check so the stimulus check went to credit that negative balance. Understandable except in this new bill for the second round stimulus it was instructed that the stimulus must go to the people and not debts. I called into Huntington too many times to count so finally came into this bank to see what the issue was. After being there for a hour and the banker talking to the “back office” she just had a attitude and said there was nothing they could do. This is TOTALLY bull

I switched from First Commonwealth Bank a few months ago and I can say that I definitely like this bank so much more. My mom banks here too and she likes it as well. We haven't had any issues! I really like their overdraft policy where they give you 24 hours to fix it and the online HUB is really easy to use! I plan on staying with Huntington Bank for a long time!
