Worst of all banks. I came when there was nobody at the lobby & the Banker had me almost for one hour & mind you, The Banker didn't give me the folders which had my info & the worst part after 2 hours my account was closed. My father has had a good relationship with Huntington for over 50 years. He spent hours and hours with his attorney to make the end of his life as easy as possible for me with a trust in his name and a trust in my mother's name that have been on file with Huntington for over 13 years. My dad legally made me power of attorney last fall when he knew that he was dying of cancer. Now that his last few weeks are coming to a close and his mind is failing, I took the power of attorney to the bank to have myself added as power of attorney and Huntington REFUSED it. I am listed as Trustee and Executor (upon his death) of both trusts that are on file with the bank. It is Huntington's bank policy that the trust and the power of attorney documents need to " talk to each other" and refer to the other in the document. My power of attorney, which is much more recent, mentions the trust but the trust made up 13 years ago, doesn't mention the power of attorney. It has left me powerless to take of his financial affairs until my father actually passes. Huntington's bank policy has made my life very difficult in an already very painful time. This is unforgivable.

This bank is not where you want to go to. They have lied numerous times. We were able to put money in but then they tell us sorry without a social card you can't get your money. So they are holding money I gave to them but am not allowed to withdrawn until they see a social security card. Do not bank with them. They will lie to your face and not think twice. So many banks go somewhere else! You can thank me later.

I am a disabled adult, and it took me about three months to finally line up a ride to come into this bank to open & deposit $500 . They helped me so much. I walked out skipping, and I had no idea they made a mistake & by the time my car got here, and I went to activate it I was marked for fraud . I called customer service took me almost an hour to finally talk to a real human. If you are disabled & think they will help you run far away . Now my bills are piling up & the customer service says tough luck . The two men in person lied to my face after hearing my long road into their bank

I only use the atm to make deposits and withdrawal money off my account and it works perfectly, never had issues.

I was assisted by a banker who had the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I tried to explain the problem I was having, and he was very temperamental about it. It was very unprofessional to where he made the problem seemed like it was my fault.

This place cannot get a deposit right if life depended on it.I will be out quite a bit of money due to incompetence.I plan to follow up with attorney general and whoever regulates banking. The person that did this should be fired. A $ 280,000 error12/6/21 I contacted the reply email and got nothing. Now I’m working with the FDIC on my lost check of 280,000

I have called this bank 56 times today starting at 9am and still can't get anyone to answer the phone. So glad I trust this bank with thousands of my dollars....... maybe now they'll return my call..

I have been a Huntington account holder for years. I actually left Huntington for a while because of THIS location. Due to repeated terrible experiences with the management. I went to them for assistance with both my personal account and when part of a nonprofit. They were dismissive, unhelpful and even downright rude multiple times. I no longer use this location if I need any direct assistance.
