I used to have three bank cards of this bank, including my company and my family expenses, with an annual deposit of 100,000 US dollars. For various reasons, I have cancelled two of their bank cards and only kept one for my student son. Today I was treated unfairly in this bank. They are the worst one. It is the only time. When you encounter problems, a young man in his early 20s with a full beard, I suspect this is his pseudonym, and he gave me a business card, (Dave KManager) is not solving your problem, but threatening you, and driving you away. They said they don’t care about you as a customer. There are so many banks outside, only the employees of this bank need good training, and they also need to attract the attention of their leaders. They will lose some good customers. They are so disappointing! There is another name (Adan Mille) who is not solving the problem 🙋 but helping his colleagues to quarrel with customers. They are rude, have a bad image, and don’t wear work clothes. He didn’t bring shame to this bank! I hope your leaders will see this comment and strengthen your management……. On the evening of July 29, I used my Huntington Bank card to transfer $1,500 to my other bank, Usbank. Three days later, my phone showed that the money had been transferred, but the other bank had no record and had not received the money. I went back to this bank and wanted to know where the money had gone. I searched twice at the US Bank next door and Huntington Bank here. I just wanted to find out where the money had gone. A young male employee told me that the money had been transferred and he had no obligation to tell me. His attitude was very bad! He felt that I was causing trouble for him, not that they had caused trouble for me. He tapped hard on the computer, then printed a slip for me and told me to give me a reply within 90 days. This was his result! It was very simple. He just needed to call their company and let me figure it out. I could wait, but he didn't do that. He yelled at me loudly. I told me what he printed out, which made me very uncomfortable. I had to ask him loudly where my money had gone. At this time, another employee came out from the inner office. He and I quarreled together. He was not here to help solve the problem, but to simplify things and add more troubles. I felt that this was not a bank, but a vegetable market. They were not well trained and did not know how to communicate with customers. I had the impression that bank clerks were not like this. They should be polite, patient, and well dressed, but they did not show any of this. They shouted at me to leave and threatened to call the police. If there is no result for my money, I will find a lawyer, and after this matter is resolved, I will cancel all my Huntington Bank cards, leave you forever, and never want this bank in this life. Their employees here are too disappointing, and the management is too chaotic. They have a lot of bad reviews! They are really not suitable for this job in the bank! These are the names they gave me (Adan Mille and Dave Klegman). Please remember their names...

I really wish I could give this bank 0 stars. Before I posted this review, I read a lot of bad reviews about them and I'm not surprised at all. Their customer service and handling style is really the worst I've ever seen. They won't actively help you deal with the problem, they will just say it's none of their business. I went to many different banks today, and many people were very friendly. They didn't get impatient with me being a foreigner, they were all very friendly. On July 29th, I transferred $1495 from this bank account, and the money was transferred 3 days later. The other bank had no record. I came back to ask them why my money was gone, and Dave said the money was transferred from here and they were not responsible. I was very angry because another bank verified it through the phone background and there was no transfer record. I asked Dave if he could verify it, and they were unwilling to help me, and I couldn't prove it. Later, a man named Adan Miller came out of the office and started yelling at us and asked us to leave. They were unwilling to help me solve the problem. They were very rude. They needs to be trained on their customer service and communication skills. And they are very racist, they even try to call the police, this is the worst bank i

Deposited a check now I have a 5 day hold on it and getting late fees on my bills because of it. I could’ve went and used my chase account or wells Fargo instead for no hold.

By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced from Huntington. Terrible communication skills.I should have looked online instead of wasting my time to go to this specific branch. I later found out the female teller was a new employee which explains a lot.I was told to wait to speak to a specialist to sort out the simple situation that I went in to resolve originally. I waited without communication for 15 minutes. Prior to this I overheard the female teller and the “specialist” Adam that he had to finish some things first prior to seeing me and overheard them talking poorly about me. As 15 minutes went by without communication I went to the teller and asked how much longer it would be being that I had a client to attend to and he said 15 more minutes. There was no one waiting in the bank except myself.Ridiculous and totally unacceptable! This staff needs to be trained properly on their customer service and communication skills.

I cannot recall the service member's name, but she was incredibly kind, helpful, and insightful while making a large withdrawal. She helped us make copies of our paperwork. Overall, it couldn't have gone any better.

Great staff, great help. Huntington is lucky to have this hard working staff. They have helped me numerous times. If there are negatives, they must look at themselves because these employees do everything they can do for customers!

I asked to have my $20 bill exchanged for 1 $10 bill and two $5 bills and I was told I needed to provide a photo ID. Really???
I don't believe the money laundering act is meant for this type of transaction. Get a grip, HNB!!!
I'll just go buy a dollar drink next door at McD's for change!!!

These are the rudest people at a bank I've ever met. Went to cash a check, it was like pulling teeth. Then she tells me after all that waiting that it's a $10 fee. Didn't tell me in advance. I said not thanks and she practically threw the check back to me and didn't even say thank you or goodbye. Wow....lots of bad reviews on this place

Nice enough people, but not adhering to masking indoors. Seemed a bit unprofessional and overly casual, as everyone in the bank knew our purpose for visiting (eg; other teller walked right over to listen in). Just uncomfortable.

The ATM isn't covered and the drive up is very narrow! Rainy day- trying to make a transaction and had to drive away because of the rain. Rethink the design and add an awning or some sort of coverage!

I called a couple of times to see if they could cash my payroll check and open an account. Both calls I waited more than 5 minutes to speak with someone. One other time they actually hung up on me.
