“Hotel could use some updates but otherwise great. Hotel gym is my biggest complaint. I wish it’d extend into the pool area as opposed to the unused pool. 4 people in the gym and it’s impossible to lift weights while here on a work trip.”

“I’m currently staying at the Red Roof Inn Plus in Dublin, Ohio, while working remotely, and I just have to say how fantastic this place has been! The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes working away from home so much easier.

My room is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I need to stay productive. The strong Wi-Fi connection has been a lifesaver for my work. Plus, the location is great, with plenty of nearby options for dining and coffee breaks.

A big thank you to the wonderful team here for their exceptional service and support! I’m really enjoying my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a comfortable and convenient place to work or relax.”

“I went to Columbus, Ohio for my Birthday a couple weeks ago & stayed at the Dublin location. The rooms were really spacious & clean. I had the best experience my whole 2days there. Starting with the staff, who all gave impeccable service. KATHLEEN & NORM specifically were exceptional as they came to my recue my very 1st morning. My car wouldn't start & I had trouble getting my hood open. They got tools & worked diligently to get my hood open & then gave me a jump, which enabled me to get to my Therapy session in a timely fashion & I appreciated that immensely!!! The manager, RYAN was also very helpful & I was even able to join in their morning staff Stretch/Exercise where he motivated them all before they started work. That was Awesome. KENSI was very kind & accommodating at the Breakfast Bar & the food was fresh & good. AMY was very attentive regarding my Room & making sure NO additional charges got added to my room, which I thoroughly appreciated. JOSH was very informative at my Check-in, letting me know what cool restaurants, activities were in the area. And we actually did get to enjoy some activities right there in the Dublin area. The Bridge, Ice Cream, Walk in the Park, PINS & Kitchen Social. The whole overall experience was very welcoming & I would definitely stay there again.”

“Second time we stayed here this year! It’s always comforting when the same friendly people are working the front desk months later! Clean rooms NO MUSTY SMELL. Usually when staying at hotels I wake up and need a Benadryl, but not here! Breakfast on the weekend the first time was better quality food though. This time we checked out on a Monday and the food was mediocre. Will be staying here again!”

“My husband and I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin. We were attending a conference of professionals in our field and nearly 100 people were staying at the hotel during the 4 day conference. Even though we live locally, we decided to stay there to spend more time with those attending the conference. Several things stood out: number 1 was staff hospitality, availability and helpfulness; the facility is clean and very impressive, which Embassy Suites usually are in the common areas. There are a number of conference meeting rooms. The lighting and sound system in those rooms were first rate. The suite we occupied was very clean and so large and roomy. Even though all the rooms face the atrium common area, it was quiet when you close your door. (Hint: they offer tissues at the front counter for guests because there were none in the room so please ask!) The thing that surprised me most was the food! First of all I didn't think the hotel had a restaurant though I know it offers a breakfast buffet and omelette bar. But the lunches we were served during our stay and the snacks and cookies put out at break time were absolutely fresh and delicious! This is a wonderful facility for families and by Friday evening the hotel was full of a lot of families. Everyone seemed to be having the best time. We were very pleased with our stay and we understand why this is such a busy place for families and business meetings. It can manage both and it is so conveniently located right next to the Dublin exit of I-270. Way to go Embassy Suites!”

“We have stayed here before, it's a nice place. The quality is especially good for the price and the rooms are all big. Right after check in we let the front desk know the television was not working. Instead of just moving us, they said they would send someone up right away to look at it, nobody ever came. We made due watching movies on a tablet at night but would have been nice to get that taken care of when we first let them know.”

“I've been using it for a month on a business trip.
Standard for an American hotel
Breakfast was decent, with rice and furikake always available, and instant miso soup.
There were also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.”

“Great location. Tons of things to do near! Room was clean and stocked with all necessities. All staff was friendly and attentive (even providing rice for a wet cell phone mishap) Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us, as our anniversary plans had to be changed last minute. Love that it is pet-friendly, it's hard to find to places that are. And everyone seemed to be respectful about cleaning up after them. We well definitely be planning another trip to the area and planning another stay!!

Rooms: We had a little kitchen and living room with rooms on each side...perfect for families

Nearby activities: PINS is fun for all ages, pizza, drinks, arcade games, a bowling game..only about 10 mins away. Mall isnt far either

Safety: Safe and secure rooms

Food and drinks: Tons of restaurants and bars within a very short drive/ uber as well as grocery/liquor store”
